Good hotel, pleasant and friendly staff who were helpful. Situated about 25 mins from city centre taxis are easily booked....I recommend using Yellow, they charged about 9 pounds one way and were very reliable. Hotel had a definite Alpine feel to it and is near to the entrance to a mountainous national park. Locale is therefore hilly and the pavements are not in the best of repair, this may be an issue for those of restricted mobility . Rooms are spacious and beds reasonably comfortable, however, there was no air conditioning installed or available, and with night time temperatures still in the low 30 degrees, this was a definite minus. The food was ok, nothing special but I would avoid trying the local Bulgarian cuisine as it comes saturated in oil and was therefore inedible for me. There are other restaurants nearby , I chose Serbian and food was fine. Also close to some small shops, but they are not offering a great choice. Rooms would benefit from coffee and tea making facilities. Overall a good experience but could do better as mentioned.

Rooms were clean, but furniture and floors seemed old and in bathroom you feel moisture presence, there is no shower cabin and all the water is spreading on the floor. Conclusion: is an acceptable stay, money vs. services

Well placed, in a quiet neighborhood. Food was very good, over expectation, personal very friendly, they have an inside garden with kids playground.

Toilet facilities(shower directly in toilet, no drain system, everything is wet after) Noise from other rooms(very loud guest, you can hear TV, noise, bumping...that is problem with guests and not with hotel). Parking.

Great quiet, easily accessible location of this family hotel. Very friendly and kind, helpful staff, clean and well maintained room. Gorgeous view, clean, natural mountain air. Very warm during night time, feels refreshed in the morning 👏🤗 Nice full breakfast, freshly brewed coffee completes morning enjoyment 🙂 Beautifully decorated in Bulgarian traditional style mehana gives peace and cozy feeling. Parking has 2 stalls in front of hotel and many more on the street, no problems to find the spot. All amenities are in the walking distance. Very enjoyable place. Thank you! Recommended to stay.
