Bathroom could be improved: needs bath curtain to stop the water falling/flooding onto the floor/tiles It would be very useful to also equip the kitchinette with one microwave oven.

No parking included. We had to look for parking and to pay it extra to another supplier. The Ski warehouse can be improved. It has no heating. (in the morning you find ski-boots pretty wet and cold & rigid)

Great location for the slopes, bars and restaurants. Quiet and warm apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. Hotel transfer from Sofia Airport (separate charge) was excellently organised, prompt and stress free.

The kitchen under lights didn't work, so cooking in the evening was a little difficult. It can get a little noisy at night with the bar across the road, so if you're a light sleeper bring some earplugs. The hairdryer needs to be replaced, it sounds like it's dying. We had to ask the cleaners for fresh towels when we met them in the hall.

The jacuzzi jets in the bath were great for after a long day of skiing, the bathroom also had a heated floor. Kitchen utensils were well stocked, great to have a hob and a full oven. The balcony was nice and the room was well soundproofed. The WiFi was great.

The on-site parking did not cost 10 BGN per day. We were told because we had a van the price would be 30 BGN per day, so we just parked somewhere else.

The location of the apartment was great, near the slopes and all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

The noise! Our window faced a bar and busy street with people partying and shouting every night until 4am, no option to move to a quieter room.

It wasn't clean enough, especially the kitchen and the bathroom - the bath tube curtain was literally stinking because of the wetness. Obviously, the walls in the building are not noise-proof enough - in the living area, I was able to hear the discussions from another apartment and during the night - the snoring from another apartment bedroom.

The apartment is close to the ski area. Easy to find, there was a car parking for an additional cost. Nice bedroom and the living room was functional and useful.

While the location is very close to the ski lifts the building is right opposite a bar that plays very loud music on the street untill 3am and it is impossible to sleep. Generally speaking the building is not very well insulated - the wind sas coming through the closed window, so image the sound. It was like trying to sleep in a club. Also the heating wasn't great. Usually after a long day of skiing you expect a nice, warm room to relax but what we got was staying in our jumpers and socks all night long waiting for the nearby bar to close.

When we arrived at the room, the toilet seat was not clean and when we contacted them they said the they will send someone to clean it the next day. So we had to buy our own cleaning stuff and clean the bathroom to use it the first day.
