The restaurant is appalling just not worth bothering with we had calamari and burgers but the burghers were clearly defrosted in a microwave and it was just a stodgy lump of minced meat. The restaurant staff were going out of their way to avoid the longing gaze of hungry guests. The electrics in the room were hanging out of the plasterboard and wifi slow and heavily censored.

Check in was brilliant however the restaurant staff were pretty ignorant and the miserable food was barely tolerable. It's such a pity because the venue is actually quite nice. The upper sea view rooms had a great view

I suppose we are getting used to a general lack of lifts in mid range hotels here. We are in our seventies and stairs are hard on the knees. A cockroach was using the bathroom when we arrived, but we got rid of it and didn't see any more. Not a problem for us, but odd seeing them at this time of year and a first time seeing them in Bulgaria (seen plenty in Spain!).

Small balcony with pleasant views across the site to the sea (in theory because it was misty). Pleasant fairly modern hotel with decent dining room and plenty of choice at breakfast.

Don't expect any modern hotel feeling. The hotel has really strange old lift. It functions but was scary for me. The halls and rooms gave an impression of some 2000s-renovation. Dull lights in the shower and at the door entrance were changed only on day 3 even though we reported that at once to the reception. Breakfast is acceptable but I personally found omelette always soggy. No direct access to the beach, to go to the nearest one you have to go via the rusty steps in the woods. The swimming pool at the hotel strongly smells like chlorine.

Air conditioning, shower, fridge in the room, comfy bed, balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Blankets for cold nights and a wardrobe. Restaurant serves delicious dishes for lunch and dinner.

The shower doors were leaking and there was often a puddle near the shower tub. The barrier on the balkony started rusting. No dryer rack for wet clothes in the bathroom or at the balcony.

Friendly staff, comfy bed. The receptionists are very helpful. There is a small fridge in the room, very useful. Also the air conditioning is saving people from hot weather. Balkony had a good sea view on a horizon.

- The rooms need to be renovated, 7 years ago when we came first time, the rooms were much better, now they are in poor condition with an inpregnanted smell of moisture / wet.. they are not a 3 STAR hotel rooms anymore; - Few things to eat or drink on the menu, and not all off them available. Back in the days the food and services were good on this hotel, now they are poor; - Only one person taking orders and bringing food / drinks to the tables in the restaurant. Long time ago there was a minimum of 3 to 4 persons doing this work; - The breakfast was acceptable, but much better long time ago; - Not all the workers from the restaurant speak english; - They had a policy that you cannot eat breakfast on the outside terrace / restaurant, even if it was empty. Most of people were doing this even if they were often attentioned, because they are in vacantion, there were no signs anywhere that you cannot eat outside the breakfast, and it's summer you want to stay outside if possible;

- The pool and that we had balcony with view to the sea.

Breakfast was very basic and rather dissapointing.

Cheap and basic hotel to stay over, it was clean and staff was very friendly. Location is convenient if you drive. I did really like pink blooming trees at the car park and swimming pool which was not overcrowded.

You are receiving the quality you paid for. For my price range the quality and my stay at the Hotel was just perfect. The breakfast was included in the price but I didn`t have the time to try it. Overall my stay was good.

Rooms are great, better than our last stay, but bathrooms could do with an upgrade too.

Staff at the restaurant unhappy and not enough so quite aggressive. The pool is small and not deep enough. Not fun to swim in. The doors to the rooms and to the bathroom in the room are strangely narrow. The bathroom has a shower cabin but it causes difficulty to sit on the toilet.

Close to city center, quiet location. Has a swimming pool but kind of small and shallow. Good for families with toddlers or pre teen kids. Parking lot available. Breakfast richer than continental breakfast. Linens clean. Staff at the reception helpful. Liquid soap and shower gel is available(on the wall) in the bathroom.

There were some issues with shower, but after talking to reception it got resolved. Breakfast is ok, but each day it is exactly the same, so if you stay longer it might get a bit boring. A few times the room filled with smoke, perhaps someone was smoking in their room and the smoke came in via air vents. Quite far from more central city area, while for us it was not a problem as we enjoy walking around, for someone else it might be a bit far, 40-50 minutes by foot.

Just the bed was way to soft and very tiny mattress. Says the beach is 200ft but is more for 20 min walking.

The Hotel in general is not bad. The staffs are very nice and helpful and it has a very nice swimming pool and view of the sea.

Quite old hotel, with no renovations, especially at the bathroom. But it was acceptable.

I didn´t find something´s wrong. Maybe who is expects a luxury hotel could be disappointed. But here is no luxury price, so no luxury hotel.

The hotel impressed us. It's true that its furnishings are older, but everything is clean, fresh, with towels and bedding changed daily, and daily cleaning. A peaceful location from which you can walk to several unspoiled beaches. If you don't like crowds, this is the right place for you. We were very impressed by the hotel's head chef. We tasted all the local specialties he prepared for us, and our enthusiasm knows no bounds. Excellent service, everything was perfect.

The hotel is old fashioned, you could smell cigarettes in the room, the facilities are old. The bathroom was a bit dirty. Cleaning service guys are so noisy and are knocking on your door from 9 a.m in the morning asking if you have checked out. This happened several times.
