The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, breakfast was Included in the package. . My room was nice and clean. My room overlooked the main road, but was not too noisy. I was hungry and and there were no food courts near by and as the hotel has no eatery, the member of staff on duty provided me with a supply of tea and a kettle..

Just a bit too noisy from the cars from the freeway right outside the hotel. Especially if the window in the room is open. Neighbors were also sometimes noisy, soundproofing is not up to par. This should be taken into account if you are sensitive to sounds.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was rather big and clean. We had everything for our comfort. Breakfast consisted of menu by choice and was hearty. The staff was very polite and helpful. It's convenient to get to any relevant point by bus, and to the city center by foot.

Breakfast was a bit limited. Also a plea - PLEASE avoid using too much air freshener when preparing rooms, it’s a problem for anyone with asthma (this wasn’t the only hotel we encountered this trip with overwhelming room fragrance)

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station, also on the right side of the city for a taxi ride to the airport the next morning. The city centre is also within reasonable walking distance. Good sized room and bathroom, helpful staff.

WiFi needs to get improved asap.

Why book in a private insufficient apartment, located mostly in an old or smelly Soviet era building, when you can have a room in a central, well organized Hotel, like Hotel Business in the heart of Plovdiv town, with daily detailed cleaning services, breakfast and friendly front desk personnel, ready to help you out with any issue occurred. There’s also secured free parking and a nice lobby area with a cozy fireplace during the cold winter days. Even Christmas time tasty decoration makes you feel like home, it’s wonderful. Common sense is the fastest way out.

Very rude staff preparing the breakfast. Surely this should be improved but the reception staff were very pleasant.

It's a nice hotel. The location is on a busy main road not far from the city centre. It was fine for me but could be noisy if you want the windows open.

Comfortable medium sized hotel located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Staff were courteous and polite. Nice big rooms with plenty of space. Good TV. Breakfast was from a choice of 6 options. I tried the omelette which was good and cooked to order. Coffee was from a machine and just about ok.

WiFi could be better and faster, I’m sure they can and will take good care of it asap.

Human factor is in high standards here. The supportive community manager and her colleagues are doing the best they can to keep the bar high. They actually care about customers’ well being and this is obvious. What a joy for me to see it happening. Perfect daily cleaning procedure. Parking available in front of the hotel and video secured on the side. The area is full of convenient shops and the center of Philippopolis just around the corner. I’m definitely coming back, this is the place for me to be. Enjoy the beauties of Philippopolis, forget the rest.

Breakfast is very basic. Moreover, it has included an awful coffee. For a decent coffee from the espresso machine, you have to pay extra.

The beds were too soft for us so it was difficult to sleep.
