New hotel, very clean and comfortable. Very good location - 10 minutes walk from the city center. Very helpful staff, I requested parking reservation and the parking place, in front of hotel, was reserved for me. Very good buffer breakfast with big choice of food. Absolutely recommended.

In the first night, some others customer left their children to play very noisy in the hotel, and our baby woke up repeatedly because of this. We asked the staff to do something but they didn’t disturb the parents. It was a lot of noise until 1 a.m. in the night.

The bathrooms need some refurbishment. In both rooms we had the toilet had issues. We had broken mirror and many broken tiles on the walls. The towels are good, but they look like they have been used for too long. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, they only came and cleared the trash bins, but not everyday. Despite that, the rooms feel very clean, the fact we don’t make mess helped for sure. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, considering the great reviews. I was expected higher quality on the food and more variety, but to be fair it’s an ok breakfast for a decent 3 star hotel.

The location is very good, close to city center, but away from trafic. The rooms are big and comfortable and so are the bathrooms. We had half board and the dinner at the restaurant was great each night. They have 4 menu options, one of them vegetarian. It works for 2-3 days, but if you have a longer stay, it might get difficult if you need variety in your menu.

The hotel was very good, very clean, you can park in front of the hotel, there is no parking but still enough space. Breakfast was good, and room was very clean. Hotel is 10min walking distance from the old town, located in a very quiet area.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. There are some things that need special attention. The shower needs a longer hose. The window needs a new closing mechanism, it is not closing well. In the winter the cold will be noticed.

Staff was very polite. They did all possible to gain a parking space available. The hotel is new or recently renovated. The top view restaurant is awesome 😄 from Sky Bar!!! Wi-fi is very good quality and very good transfer rates over the internet, 50-80Mbps.

The check in took longer than normal because the room card activation system had a problem, however it was rectified and our card worked. There is only one free electrical socket available in the room and it is not near the bed, so if your phone needs charging, you'll have to wait to use it. Alternatively, unplugging the TV and using that socket was possible, but still not at the bedside. The air-conditioning is very dated and didn't produce any cold air, only ambient temperature, which made the room very hot, even with the balcony door open. The balcony door was broken and would not close, which wasn't a problem in the current temperatures, but certainly would be in winter! The matress was not particularly comfortable and gave me back ache. The pillows were too soft and offered little neck support, resulting in neck ache. The Sky Bar was only open for breakfast, not as an evening bar. There was a downstairs restaurant bar but it wasn't particularly nice ambience. The breakfast was basic and lacked choice, just two types of bread, boiled eggs, fried eggs and processed meat sausage. There was also a selection of cold processed meats, tomato cucumber and two types of yoghurt. Fresh fruit was just apples. Juice was not fresh juice, rather more squash. Be careful when sitting down on the terrace! One of the wicker chairs is broken and I sank nearly to the floor, which could have been hazardous for someone with disabilities. The property has clearly been, fairly recently, renovated, but it could be improved further, with more electrical sockets in the rooms, particularly next to the bed, better mattresses and pillows, proper working air-conditioning in the rooms, better equipped Sky Bar and improvement on design and ambience of the downstairs restaurant. Our stay was okay for one night, but any longer and it would be too uncomfortable. We will consider other hotels on our next stay, until improvements are made to the Concorde Hotel.

On entering the hotel, there a very interesting backdrop above the reception of sky and the Concorde aircraft. There is a lift to upper floors, albeit small. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and well lit. The room was reasonably soundproofed. The bathroom was spacious, with good fittings and excellent water pressure for a good shower. The extractor fan was efficient and effective. A good area around the basin for placing items. Room security is good, with key card access. There was a small balcony and a pleasant view over the street. Brreakfast was in the Sky Bar on the top floor, with a nice sunny view. Coffee at breakfast was good, dispensed from an espresso machine. Seating at breakfast was adequate. Staff were reasonably friendly, but not outstanding. WiFi had a good signal. There was a well stocked minibar.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walking from downtown. The room including bathroom were spacious, cozy and clean, also fully equipped. There were plenty of towels and enough space for clothing. Service was exceptional, staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food and would not hesitate to visit the hotel again. Thank you for making us feel at home!
