Hotel COTA1110 is a charming family-run hotel nestled in the mountains, in a unique and picturesque village. It provided everything a group of young hikers could wish for after long days spent conquering mountain peaks. Breakfast was generous, dinner was rich and varied, and the rooms were spotless and maintained daily. The entire staff, without exception, were kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding nature, fresh mountain air, and tranquility ensured a deep and restful sleep. The sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect complement for relaxation after exhausting mountain hikes. A truly wonderful place to combine active adventures with complete rest and comfort.

The COTA1110 hotel and staff exceed my expectations every time. I keep returning for a short weekend, and the team always goes out of their way to make our needs met. This time I was renting one of their electric bikes, they kept it ready for me, and even took care of our own one which we were bringing with us. My friend was supposed to go on a long 4-hour run on our last day, and they were attentive enough to let him have breakfast way before it opens officially, so he can go on his run, and then suggested we stay a little after checkout so he can have some rest. The hotel and rooms are lovely on their own, but I would give them 11/10 - for the attitude and attention to detail!

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Bulgarian mountains. It truly stands out from anything else in the area. You can tell the owners have international experience – they know how things should look and work. I also really loved their branding, it’s thoughtful and well executed. The food in the restaurant was a fantastic surprise after many mixed experiences in Bulgaria. My husband and I also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, playing games in the cozy lobby, the clean sheets, and the spacious room. We’ll be happy to come back!

The outside sauna was not hot enough, but I know they have an inside one, might be better (did not try it).

Everything was nice. The rooms were clean and tidy, there are plenty of activities you can enjoy. The staff are polite and the food at the restaurant is amazing. They use local seasonal products !

The receptionist girl is without smile and kindness.

New hotel, mountain vibe, nice interior. The room is big, modern, clean. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. It is 15 minutes away from Borovec by car, but the way there is romantic, through the forest. The staff in the restaurant is friendly, breakfast is nice.

The heating in the bathroom was not working so i felt cold while taking a shower. Not sure what the problem was but we informed the reception on the issue.

The hotel is amazing, everything there is making your stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious, interior very modern, we had 2 balconies and a complimentary gift - socks! The staff is more than welcoming. The ski wardrobe and a shuttle to Borovets is a big plus. Spa centre also deserves high rating. The breakfast is delicious and you can’t stay hungry neither for breakfast nor for dinner.

The location was not what I expected. Need to drive to the ski village and slopes.

The room is so spacious with 2 balconies, very comfortable. The facilities are great, we loved the sauna and Jakuzzi outside.

I've stayed at COTA1100 before, so I knew what to expect - the rooms are lovely, the food is great, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff is polite, but unobtrusive. This time, however, they even exceeded my expectations. By chance, there was a private event happening at the hotel, we were the only other guests outside the private group, and the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for, despite that. They were extremely attentive, making sure we get some quality rest and the private event did not affect our stay in any way - they saved a table especially for us at the restaurant, our room was as far away from the common areas as possible to avoid any noise, and they even offered us a late checkout, in case we were bothered in any way and needed more rest - which we did not, because everything was perfect. Highly recommended because of their level of service and attentiveness!

Great location - quiet, yet close to Borovets and the very pleasant Beli Iskar walking path. The hotel is modern, well-kept and with very nice design. Cozy and very clean room. Access to small sauna and steam bath. Restaurant with nice food and reasonable prices.

Large room, well equipped. Great breakfast. The Spa treatment was amazing. The team was outstanding!! We had a problem with a SIM card, and while we went to town the hotel team contacted the store (in Sofia) and struggled to solve the problem. They were great all the way 😀

The SPA area is separated into 2 areas. It is rather small. There is no relax room to sit / lay down after the sauna.

We enjoyed our stay at Cota 1110 Hotel. The style and decoration of the whole hotel and the rooms is very nice with mountain accents. The service was good. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. The food was delicious and with normal prices for a good restaurant. The breakfast was very good - more attention on quality products than on variety, which we really liked.
