The mattress had seen better days. Nearly all the fittings in the bathroom are loose on the walls, i.e. toilet roll holder, towel rails.

We really didn't like the moment when we had to travel. We would have stayed much longer!

It is the best located hotel at Sunny Beach plus comfortable and beautiful. It is not a big hotel for hundreds of guests, but a precisely proportioned, human-scale hotel where you can stay for a shorter or longer stay at any time of the year.

There is a certain (small) preference of hotel's parking personnel in terms of which cars they allow to park in certain spaces and it seems it has something to do with how good looking or expensive the car is, unfortunately.

Beach is just outside the hotel, with soft sand and very nice and smooth water entrance. Breakfast is continental and plenty for each taste. Rooms are quite big and very confortable, with all amenities needed for a perfect stay.

Excellent hotel, it exceeded my expectations, very friendly and efficient staff, beautiful room with very comfy bed, high quality breakfast, great location, it has it's own private beach with nice deck chairs and beach service, parking available. The hotel was a little oasis of calmness in the midst of the noisy and busy Sunny Beach. I had such a lovely stay and left with reluctance, would deffinately visit again.

- Breakfast is very average; maybe 2 stars. Having to wait in line at the 1 coffeemachine is annoying!! - WIFI is not great, bad signal strength. What is worse, it is OPEN Wifi and unsecured completely, that is unacceptable, be sure to use a VPN (or buy a data SIM) because it can be phished by the public on the streets easily, - the toilet placement in room 113 - room 113: every morning you will wake up from the moving, screeching chairs at the restaurant below, that is pretty bad.

Stayed for 9 nights, room 113 and 307, both with sea view. - Staff was great and very helpful with all requests, especially the valet parking guys were wonderful - rooms where comfortable, especially the deluxe room was appartment size - rooms have great airconditioning (you have to close the terrace door, else it won't work!) - bathroom is excellent, with shower and bath, although the toilet is almost unusable (room 113) because of the placement of the sink, you can not really sit on it !! - daily cleaning of the rooms Sea view is perfect Private beach is perfect, with clean towels and your private spot Location is superb, right in the middle of everything, but without the noise

If you are after a small hotel right on the beach cozy with a very good quality restaurant for dinner... this is one of the best destinations in sunny beach
