The mattress were very uncomfortable on the main bad, as well on the sofa bed, which was made out of lather without any additional mattress on top, over all made - uncomfortable for sleeping.

It was difficult to get the second keycard, took two days for that, which it should come by default if there are multiple persons in one room. If you don't find a parking place, thought luck, you have to figure it out on your own. If you want wifi in your room, you have to pay for it. If you leave the ski inside their deposit, they will probably get knocked down.

The food options are nice, tho some of it had too much oil. You do have healthier options.

We had HB. Dinner was…edible at most. If I were to rate the food, I would give a 6. No parking. Really small lobby. Although we had a kitchenette in the room, aside from 3 spoons, 2 glasses, and 2 coffee cups, there was no other crockery. Not even a small pot, a fork, or a knife. It was impossible to take a shower without experiencing drastic temperature changes in the water, from cold to very hot,or from low to high pressure. The faucet is in the British style: one tap for cold, one for hot. The only solution was to collect the water in the bathtub. No drinking water during dinner, unless you buy it bottled. For a ski resort, starting breakfast at 8 is very late. This is a 2 stars hotel, over rated and too expensive for what it has to offer. If the price had been half of what we paid, I wouldn't have commented on any of the above.

The location is very good. Spacious room, balcony, very clean. Great housekeeping service. Really warm considering the cold weather outside. Pretty quiet during night. Fair breakfasts ,nothing spectacular.

The only small drawback was that the hot food wasn't very hot.

The location was good, only a short walk to the closest slope from where you could ski to the 6 man chair lift or alternatively to the bottom of the gondalor. The centre of town was also not far away for the nightlife. They provided a cupboard in reception to store skis. The food was very pleasant, plenty of fresh salad, and a selection of hot food each evening followed by a selection of deserts. Breakfast consisted of a wide range of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly.

The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. They tried to charge us for items that we never ordered. Upon checking out, I was presented with a bill that included charges for an espresso and icetea that we never ordered. When I pointed this out, the employee was unwilling to acknowledge that a mistake could have been made. This lack of customer service and refusal to address the issue was frustrating and left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience. This was my second visit to this hotel, and unfortunately, I noticed a decline in the quality of the meals compared to my last stay. The selection of meat and vegetables was much more limited this time, which was disappointing. It seems that there has been a change in management, and it's clear that the standards have shifted. Combined with the issues at checkout, this visit was far from the enjoyable experience I had previously. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the overall service and offerings.

I did enjoy the location of the hotel, which is very convenient and pleasant very close to the slopes. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated that housekeeping entered the room daily to keep it tidy.

They divided the food into half board and non-half board. The half board food was not at all worth the money we paid. For example, three dried out types of desserts that no one ate that stayed through breakfast and dinner for at least two days. For dinner, the choice of meat at one of the dinners was either a very dry grilled chicken breast steak or, maybe also chicken, thin grilled sausages. The food which was not included in the half board was varied but at additional price. It was of big choice. They served different desserts, squid, pizza, and other dishes. They took them out from the inside for people who ordered them. So my advice is that it is not a good idea to pay for this half board otherwise you might need to pay for two dinners and eat one ordering other things.

One of the receptionists was super rude when I asked if she could call the number of the Panichishte chair lift to check if the lift is working, since I saw online that it was closed due to some technical failure. Panichishte is 50km away from Borovets so it was reasonable to check if the lift is open before leaving. She refused literally with these words: "Why should I call? Call yourself. We don't have a company phone here at the reception and I don't want to spend my minutes calling. Go there and see." I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from a person whose job is to assist guests and provide information. In any other place a random person in the street would call and check without hesitation, but not this person. Instead she just continued playing video game on her phone. Another very irritating thing was Wi-Fi, it costs 5 leva per 24h to have access in your room, but it works so poorly that if you download a 15MB file on your laptop it'll last for 5 minutes and during that time other people can't surf the internet on another device. Forget about streaming TV program or videos. You can stream music, but then nobody else can do anything with internet connection. This is really embarrassing to charge the internet nowadays and on top of that of such a poor quality. It's like being charged to have hot water in the bathroom and then it's only lukewarm (on occasion).

​Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk from the central part of the resort as well as from the gondola station. Another great thing about the place is breakfast. It's excellent really. No matter your preferences, you won't stay hungry. Room is big and spacious, even though it's desperate for renovation. Bathroom is clean, but quite old, there are signs of mold around the bathtub. Parking is in front of the building and guarded. Clean towels provided daily.

Only serving breakfast from 8 felt a bit late if we wanted to maximize our skiing, but it was fine. also Wi-Fi was extra, 5 Lev per day per room, and custom codes per device so was a bit tedious. It was a "studio apartment" with a small kitchenette etc but didn't have any plates, or utensils apart from 3 glasses, 3 cups and 3 small spoons, (we didn't need anything anyway so never asked for anything) but it was a bit strange.

We were here at Low season, we might have been the only ones actually having breakfast and dinner included, because there were so few people it was ala carte both for dinner and breakfast. breakfast was fine, nothing to special but covered our needs in the morning and kept us through the day, though having juice would have been nice and felt a bit missed. Dinner, we did not end up using that much as we ended up eating out with friends staying in other hotels most of the nights, the times we did eat at the hotel, I think of it more like home cooked meals than restaurant meals, nothing fancy but serviceable.
