Could be more equipped Kitchen

The accommodation is in a very good location. Bus station and shopping facilities are nearby. The spacious two bedrooms and living room ensure a comfortable stay. The lady at the reception is nice. You can request a transfer from the host.

I had to ask for toilet paper every day because I only got one roll at a time. There was hardly any equipment in the kitchen. We had to buy washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, etc. We left them all there for the next guest. There were no mixing spoons or ladles for cooking. It rained the night before we left, the rainwater seeped in at the window in the two bedrooms, we walked in with bare feet in the morning, it was not pleasant.

The experience was awesome because there was a pool and security. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and our towels and blankets were changed. Even though the stay was amazing , there was one small issue , the WiFi was only available on the pool . Your staff was really friendly

Stuff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms have enough space and they clean them everyday. Pool is very, very clean. Overall experince 9/10

Everything was very above average for the money spent except no one changed bed sheets for 5 days. I think I needed to remind them but my wife always brings our bedding just im case so I just let it be. Mattresses are kinda dirty as pillows are too.

To reach a beach and centrum was easy, 5-10minutes by walking The swimming pool for guests. Private parking places.. The flat was on 6th floor with nice view

The property is near the main road. Noise break into the room. One AC from of two , did not work. In the kitchen was only basic equipment.

No shop on site, arriving in dark a little off putting when lights don’t come on trying to find your apartment in pitch black

In the pictures, one thing but it is completely different in reality.

They charged us 20 BGN for the towel under the pretext that it had a stain that could not be washed. Typical for Bulgaria, very low and they lose trust with clients!
