Booking.com guest review guidelinesTo keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 24 months.
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
Once a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Booking.com customer service.
We will use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content as well as the property replies to that content.
We will allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is that of a distributor of feedback from both guest and property.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc...).

눉Yes, nothing outstanding, usually everything, just how much they paid so much, nothing superfluous! Instead of 112 ambulances, they summon a private expensive doctor, things were lost, some of them were returned, and neighbors were gone forever! Internet disgusting, I had to buy a local sim card!
눇The sea and the sun, but this has nothing to do with the hotel! We deserve more, do not skimp and live with dignity, leave is rarely that the impressions are positive!

눉From the first moment when I enter in the room I checked the fridge and I realize that some products are missing from the menu, for example all the sweets like Kitcat Snickers we're missing but actually in the inventory it was written Are there ,also the water bottle was not sealed. The Internet it's a very poor quality for example the speed is not so fast and you should ask for 2-3 passwords if you have many other devices because one password it's working for only one device tablet or a phone. And the noise of the refrigerator it's really disaster when it's working you will hear it, especially in the nights when Is silence in the room ike somebody is breeding in the room like a beer.Such strong noise from such SMALL fridge :). The food is REALLY disaster , not many choices (4-5 hot meal and 5-6 salad ) . The breakfast if very very poor . And why disaster? Because I felt that I eat at fast food . Almost all the food was refrigerated and after heated before lunch/dinner. Only 1-2 foods was made by human hands .

눇Visited out of season knowing resort and hotel would be very quiet. So obviously hotel and facilities not running as they would in high season but adequate for us as we had things to do in the immediate area. Stayed for 3 nights. Nothing open in Sunny Beach itself so walked up to Nessebar every evening where a few restaurants were open. Forum hotel was one of the few open in March and the Sunny Beach area was generally deserted. Hotel was ok, cosy and clean. Free wifi in reception area. Small fridge in bedroom, not a minibar as listed on Bookings.com. Bar area in reception, useful as nothing open elsewhere. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was available but we went out. A very limited menu was also available in the hotel for lunch & dinner which at this time of year would be taken in the bar area. We walked everywhere we needed to so ideal location.

눉The hotels in Sunny beach are very close to each other and you don't have space for anything else. The sea is very far... About 800-1000 meters. At the start of the season everything is empty with just 5% of the hotels occupied.
눇Forum is a nice hotel, not so big but well organized with clean rooms and good staff
