Even at this low price, the beds were very hard - the mattresses were only perhaps 2 inches think which was OK for my son, but quite painful for me as a fairly heavy adult male and a side sleeper, which hurt my hips as the base of the bed is just wood. The bathroom was small which is fine, but also quite old and tired, in need of refitting. No extractor for the shower steam. The boot room floor was very wet for the whole week - it would be better to remove the carpet and replace with some perforated rubber matting and some sort of drainage.

Staff were helpful at all times, and friendly. The breakfast was good for a 2* hotel, with plenty of options. Bar prices were very reasonable, around the same price as the supermarkets which was great.

Breakfast was very good - good choice, nice food - everyone able to fuel up before a day on the slopes. Location is great - you can ski to the door via a black run or a much flatter path from the centre of the resort

The parking is not free and I believe that the Hotel owners shall think to have it free!

The staff and the owner of the hotel, more than kind . Even more there is no refrigerator in the room, the owners were very happy to keep our milks and everything that needed refrigerator, in the main refrigerator at the lobby of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and with many options to choose! Must to taste omelate as also the egg rolls. Very positive that the Ski storage is really next to the slope, safe and warm! The hotel is placed Next to Sitnyakovo express lift and next to ticket office which is really outside of the main entrance of the hotel! Really, we will visit again as the hotel is VFM. But next time for sure we will book a family room for bigger space!

The stuff was great, the location is actually on the black slope and 20 sec walk from a cable, there was a room cleaning service and the breakfast was one of the best that I’ve seen in ski resort, if I’ll come to Borovets I’ll 100% come back.

Not having a shower curtain, and noisy neighbours on the last night till 3am. Not the hotels fault but other people need to have consideration for other people in hotel especially travelling with children.

The decor in the bedroom was dated and the room smell was fusty - although it was clean. The towels were small and thin, and the bathroom small with sloping roof. We only stayed one night so it was adequate for our needs.

Fabulous location for ski in / out. Staff were very friendly - assisted with car parking and early access to the room. The hotel and bedroom were clean, and cleaning staff very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected (we had read less favourable reviews beforehand).

Baked beans were served cold and the coffee could be hotter and tastier. Although you were able to purchase coffee from the bar.

The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices. Coffee was ok juices were good. There were not any bowls for the cereal. Nice fresh fruit. Clean and spacious dining room. Good value as breakfast was included in the room price.

The room was a bit small. Although there were electric kettles and cups in the room, there were no tea bags or coffee to make use of the kettle.

The location of the hotel is its main strength point. It is located just below the lift (one needs to climb a few stairs to get to it, but can ski back in). The breakfast was also very good.

There's nothing to dislike really, breakfast is OK but that's the same in most Borovets hotels. Rooms are a bit tight with 4 people in but it's doable.

Location for the slopes is unbeatable.

It's a budget hotel, you know what you're getting. I was expecting that things in Borovets were more spread out and that location was super important, but next time I would just rent an apartment. If you're renting equipment, you can store it at the rental shop, so you don't have to carry it. An apartment would probably be even better value.

Breakfast was included, which was not listed and a pleasant surprise. The hotel is less than 30 meters from the nearest chairlift, which is also nice. There are some good restaurants also without 50 meters or so.

Breakfast was basic and cheap, coffee included was horrible but you could buy a better coffee from the machine. The hotel wants all payments in cash even though there is a card terminal ( I was able to paid for extras as they didn't have change). The bathrooms were old and mouldy in places, there was not a single shelf and the showers didn't have curtains. Bedding was pretty worn and the beds had only small flat sheets over bare and stained mattresses. There was strong and overpowering smell of air fresheners on corridors. Main ski area can be very busy with ski schools and beginners, for more advanced skiers it's quite long walk to the gondola (other side of the village)

The hotel is conveniently located for the main area ski slopes and restaurants. The rooms are clean and very warm. There is a ski storage, ski in and out is possible. The staff was very nice and helpful during our stay, they also organised our travel from and to the airport.
