10 min walk to train and bus station ( metro stop also). Tram stop just in the corner. 15-20 min walk to city centre. Clean and safe, excellent WiFi. Great kitchen. Comfortable bed and room. Highly recommended

Maybe it was just me but I was given a bunk bed without any privacy curtain (the main reason why I chose this hostel), the room only had 2 out of 4 lockers and obviously, it was missing mine so I had to put all my valuables on my bed while I slept. The food I put on the fridge that were correctly labeled were either stolen or thrown away. Even the toiletries that I left (my mistake) in the shower room were gone only a few hours after using them. Contrary to the other reviews the shower rooms were actually clean but the toilet paper is almost always not available specially in the early morning.

Good location, possibility of early check-in, towels are included and probably one of the better hostels in terms of price.

It is really a different, distinctive and comfortable place. There is a clean and large kitchen with all the cooking utensils. There is a comfortable bed, privacy and air conditioning. Everything is complete and the hostel is very close to transportation and buses.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner but where alright.

The rooms where nice and every bed was equipped with two charging ports and light switches for the bed light and the room lights.

The bathroom somehow a little bit dirty, idk if it's cleaned every day or not but it didn't give me good experience, btw the facilities is still good

I really like the location, just 10 minutes walk to the bus station and it's sooo convenient for me to have some day trips to the other cities during my stay. The facilities is really good, and even it's hostel but I still have my privacy

Some small things can be a little better, like for example shelves in shower, and in capsules, some spoons and forks on kitchens, but it's all!)) Very good hostel, i will recommend it to my friends

I've been in huge amounts of hostels, GCCH in Sofia one of most garmonic, everything is in a very good balance, spaces in birthplace, comfortable sleeping conditions, ventilation, close bathroom and kitchen, terrace, very simple organisation and good location easy to get from any places, airport and railway station, very friendly personal, and one of the most affordable prices, so I like hostel very much

The shower curtain is way too short that makes the floor always flooding. I stayed at 3 rd floor, I don’t know if other floors would be better. Great to have 2 kitchens, but a bit dirty, & no spare space in fridge for a single bottle. May be due to too many people?

The bed is super comfortable. Curtain, light, socket all make a plus.

Showers were disgusting, I didn't have the courage to use it. Also, very bad smell in the hall.

I only stayed one night, it was the very first time I ever slept well in a hostel, bed was comfortable, and the curtains good for privacy.

I stayed at the Green Cube for 1 night as I was travelling back to Scotland the next morning. I had a blast there meet other travellers and had a great evening swapping stories about all our adventures. If you are looking for a great place to stay, that's excellent value and easy location from central train and bus station this us the place

Kitchen needed a few plates and chopping board. Otherwise, it was equipped with necessary items.

I loved the staff and guests, all very friendly . Bed very comfortable. private capsule space with curtain. The location was excellent. easy walk to main rail and coach service for international. And local domestic options with tram at door and buses and metro rail very close. City centre a 15 minute walk . The kitchen and bathroom are never overcrowded .

Great location—just a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the tram stop. The room and kitchen facilities were in good condition. A large storage room is available where you can leave your luggage for free after check-out, which is great. The hostel is overall good to stay in. The staff was welcoming and friendly. A special thanks to Dimitar for being so positive and helpful, as well as for assisting with ordering a taxi to the airport. Please note that Uber and Bolt do not operate in Bulgaria. You can only order a taxi via the local taxi company.

The bathroom cleanness was not really good.

It was good for the price, it has a nice vibe inside the hostel, but to reach to the center, you need to walk for like 15 mins. but it is good, I will probably choose this hostel again for my next trip to Sofia, It also has a vending machine for coffee and some other things, but you need to have cash or coin.

Problems with bathrooms cleanliness and mixup with the beds. I spoke to stuff and this is something that goes beyond the control as some clients do not follow or respect the rules.

• the rooms are poorly furnished (only chairs) • it would be great to be able to put a lock on the luggage rack • some of the curtains by the bed is broken • some sockets and bathroom needs attention and some repair • not very good sound insulation

Great hostel to stay in Sofia. • really nice friendly staff • good location • separate women's showers and toilet • towels, clean linen • quiet calm hostel, good for rest • they have a good equipped kitchen, living room and laundry room • wonderful lighting in a "capsule" bed

The hostel is nice, is a bit far away from the old town, the girl from the reception very nice and helpful The bathroom were dirty most of the time, the rooms are nice and modern I liked it. Wifi excellent

Often the keycard didn't open the room door. (I believe due to low battery in the card reader.) Once the reception guy had to open the door manually but had to phone the boss how to do it. I had to wait till i could go into the room.

Air conditioning. Always important in summer in Sofia! I slept very well.
