Verified reviewSuper hotel with all-inclusive at a very high level.A wonderful hotel, quite young, wonderful interior inside, comfortable rooms, with a beautiful view of the sea, which is just a stone's throw away. The hotel has its private beach with a bar, a few steps from the hotel. Nearby are small children's water slides. The pool is located a little off the path to the beach, but it is quite comfortable, it is very warm, and there is a bar. For children, the pool is a little deep (1.6 m), so you need to use swimming rings or something similar. The hotel has excellent staff, one of the best we have seen. They do a great job: from morning entertainment by the pool, good evening shows, to super cool parties right on the beach in the evening. The staff team is quite young, friendly, welcoming, always ready to help. Special thanks to the main person responsible for entertainment Tony for all the activities, especially for water polo. The hotel's cuisine should definitely be highlighted. The food is of very high quality for all all-inclusive. Everything is delicious, organized at a very high level, the chef is almost always present in the restaurant hall, and you can pass your feedback directly to him. I especially liked the late breakfast from 10:00 to 12:00, when you can choose several different breakfasts from the menu, and they will cook them for you separately. The portions are large and tasty. In general, this hotel left the best impressions, both about itself and about Bulgaria in general. I highly recommend it.

In the past three years I was disappointed by Bulgarian hotels as they mostly look good on paper but in reality always there is something that cannot make you feel good enough. Verified reviewGenerally everybody was quite friendly. Whoever is complaining about the food is nuts. The variety and taste is very good, especially for lunch and evening. There is basically at any time on the day food available. And always a corner with a special food. The beach is nice and clean. Enough drinks and alcohol available. Room cleaning was good!
Only the cakes were too sweet and artificial. It would have been better to have some simple, but homemade cakes/pastry. We asked to check out 1-2 hrs later, our room was not booked in that day for other customers, still they would have charged us for the late check out. Therefore we declined; it was somehow a bit of an odd situation. The staff at the reception was a bit reserved. Indoor pool opening times are somehow not thought through. Pool closes at 19:00; especially after the sun is down, I guess, everybody would enjoy some more hours at the pool.

The man with black long hair and glasses in reception showed the wrong direction of our room when we arrived. When we searched for it for 10 min we understand that it should be in the opposite direction, but the recepetionist tried to prove that we are wrong when we were not and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. He wasn’t very polite also on the day when we left, around 11 o clock he stopped us to tell that they have check out until 12 and we should leave already, very unprofessional. At the arrival nobody told about where to find restaurant, bars, didnt tell that the hotel has every evening events at 21:00 and where to find them. There were no slippers, no bath robe, no vanity kits in the room. I would suggest more information about events placed in hotel and also about that there is very nice rooftop teracce in 5th floor

An information board is placed opposite the entrance to the main restaurant, displaying the daily sports and evening entertainment program - updated regularly for your convenience. Posters with the entertainment program are also placed in the hotel elevators, updated regularly. Events were a little unclear but we were there before season started. Could be a little more non-alcoholic choices, and more wine options would be great. Some bar snacks like breadstticks would be perfect.

Verified reviewIt's the second time I had visited the hotel and I kind of knew what to expect: balcony view towards the sea, cleanliness of the room, room size, facilities (indoor swimming pool, etc)
Check-in - more than a 30 minutes process as it was an enormous que Parking - I think that the hotel, doesn't have a specific parking of its own, so we had to park our cars in various parking's "near" the hotel. I had to leave my car couple of km's away (a 37 min walk). They had designated drivers that you had to follow and brought you back from that parking and when you wanted to leave, they would take you to it. Food - nothing bad of it, but nothing wow. I do believe they kind of dropped in diversity of it. Beach - this was a problem. No sunbeds laid on the beach and customers had to do it. At some point, someone from the staff reached the beach and started a heated argument with a customer that wanted to place a sunbed. The next day, sunbeds were already laid out (insufficient for the number of guests). And of course, the same old thing, customers that woke early in the morning, would "book" their own sunbeds by leaving something on them (towel, book, kids toys, etc) and continue to go the restaurant, other activities. No one from the hotel was present on the beach to resolve this situation, if you wanted to spend the day on the beach. You were kind of forced to use the towel on the sand. Staff - very friendly and opened to communication, except the beach guy

In terms of food, we strive to offer a diverse and well-balanced menu that caters to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. Your feedback on variety will certainly be shared with our kitchen team as we are constantly working to improve. Regarding the sunbeds, we would like to clarify that our offer includes 2 sunbeds on the beach/pool per room (limited availability throughout the day), only for full paying guests. Super busy. The beach was not setup for the start of the summer season. The sunbeds were not arranged on the beach. You had to take them from the space were it was stored - only a limited number of sunbeds although it was needed more!! Sun umbrelas were not available although the weather was sunny, 25 degrees and it was mentioned in the booking confirmation. The elderly lifeguard was acting like he was the GOD of the sunbeds and the kids pool - really bad feeling! The restaurant was over cowded each time, lack of organisation and initiative. Cleaning services could be better. I will not return.
