The host was great, secured us the parking spot as agreed. Rooms are cozy and tidy, everything was clean and as expected. Overall, great value for money, close to the beach and to the centre of the new part of the city.

Some reviews mentioned that the Wi-Fi was not so good, and unfortunately that was my experience too. This was important for me because I need decent internet to work. Apart from that, I cannot complain and I would definitely return!

This was a nice place for the night. I got a friendly welcome from the owner and I was impressed with the room - big and comfortable, with a balcony. A very good deal for the price!

Wifi was a little patchy, possibly because we were on the top floor It’s a short 7-8min walk from the old town/bus stop/beach/main collection of restaurants but honestly not really an issue

Super friendly and responsive hosts with great English - let us check in early when we transferred from another hotel and was very easy to extend our stay Room very clean and large king bed. Fridge, TV and AC though we didn’t use these Great shower with hot water always Lent us a beach umbrella for the stay Great value for the price

Our stay here was delightful! Everything it's perfect to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, spacious, with a beautiful sea view, WiFi works very good and the owner it's been very kind and flexible during our whole stay. I do highly recommend to stay here!

The physical address doesn't match the location on Google. When searching where to go, search for the name of the place, not the address.

Balcony was nice! The whole place was very clean. The couch was nice so I could relax. FYI, double bed is two single beds pushed together.

Parking in front of the building would be ideal, but considering the location it’s not really possible.

It was a great stay in a great place. I would stay here again. It's a simple dorm room that has AC, a nice bathroom, two beds, and a good view.

The wifi was giving me a hard time, disconnecting so often and other times extremely slow even when working.

The staff especially the lady are amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay there and extended it for some more days after my booked days were over.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a great balcony, there we could sit outside an has a look at the black sea. The owner was very kind to us.

We stayed in two different rooms, the second was with sad furnishing, not renovated. Generally the rooms were not cleaned during our stay, I asked on one of the days our room to be cleaned.

She shower head was kind of dirty and the roomed smelled weird.

WiFi was non exciestent, did not work for neither of my devices and I even tried outside the room by the stairs and different floors and reception. I think it's fair to say this place does not have WiFi.

Friendly host, simple but nice and very big room. The balcony is a plus even though only the top floor would actually get a view.

Room was decorated in very old fasioned way (in fact there was no way at all). Also, there were no basic facilities like e.g. kettle. There were just two glasses in the room,

Room was big and very clean and had balcony. It was in a walking distance to beaches and center. but in the quiet area 5 minutes walk and you can find shops, restaurants etc.

The wifi was a unfortunately weak in the bedroom and on side of the mattress was deformed so we could feel the slats. As mentioned in the hotel page, only a kettle is available in the room and no common kitchen.

The host of the hotel is very nice and flexible about the time. The room and the bed were clean and got cleaned during our stay. The room was very spacious. We could also easily leave our luggages before the check-in time and after the check-out time. The location is fine. There is a little cheap and very good restaurant with a kind owner on the way to the city center (5 minutes walking from the hotel).
