Although the spa offers various facilities, the area is quite small. Additionally, due to the open layout of the building, there was a lot of echo from the lobby, which could be heard in the rooms and was disturbing at times.

The room was very spacious and warm, which made our stay comfortable. The food had a good variety, and the breakfast in particular was quite enjoyable. Although the afternoon meal lacked flavor compared to breakfast

The spa is getting a little tired now, and although functional and appreciated at the end of the skiing day we chose which zones to use dependent on the cleanliness of each on the given day.

The food provision in the hotel is excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Large variety of foods to suit all tastes, that rarely repeated throughout the week. All fresh and well prepared. I especially liked the salad selections and the array of vegetable dishes although the meats were also very good.

Everything was outdated: the room, common spaces, pool area etc. Even if we get an upgrade ( we got some room with stairs) it was not the best option: the shower in both bathrooms is just a curtain, so entire bathroom get flooded when you shower. I booked a room with shower cabin but... Elevators were a joke, they kept walking you wherever they wanted . Be ware of rooms at 5th floor (the ones with stairs) ... the second floor has very very thin walls so you get to hear what your neighbors just speak. You have some sort of kitchen but there are only glasses, so even if there is a hob you have nothing to heat smth on it. Upstairs where there are the beds no plugs near are available.

Good breakfast and dinner options, breakfast could be earlier though...it starts at 7:30 AM but by 8:00 AM it was already a huge queue at the gondola so each day we had to take the car to the up parking. Big rooms. Sky rental at -1 which was comfortable. Very good sport massage at Spa center. Daily room cleaning and towels changing. Very warm rooms.

Hotel ok .But up on my check in the room had a problem- very unpleasant smell. Eventually I got a new room . Half board food average - served till 21:00. Lobby bar close at 23:00 . Great location.

Dinner was poor and too expensive for what it offered, the spa was not clean and the jacuzzi was literally too dirty to get in until someone complained and they had to close it down to clean it. The steam room almost never worked. Lifts are very bad and kept breaking down.

Amazing looking lobby, plenty of parking, cleaning staff was super accommodating and friendly, hotel staff was friendly as well. The breakfast was always amazing, the spa was ok. The hotel location is amazing and close to everything. Easily accessible by car.

Breakfast was served from 7:30 am, late if someone tries to be early at the ski Gondola to avoid long queues which can take hours to get on the slopes. You have to be at the Gondola by 8:30 at the latest which is hard when breakfast starts just one hour before. Also the ski room is very small, no benches to sit on to put on the ski boots and there are no locks for those who bring their own skis and no heaters for the ski boots. We did not leave our skis there but used our car to save them. No use of towels at the sauna! This is a hygiene issue and it seemed very strange to us, having all people sit on the benches without towels. The hotel offered bathing robes but no towels for the swimming pool and sauna. The Jacuzzi was out of order as was the kettle in our room but we told the reception and they changed it immediately which was good.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Bansko and the Gondola and there is a van from the hotel to the Gondola every 15 mins in the morning. Breakfast & dinner were from descent to great, relatively good quality, a lot of variety and tasty. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, the balcony the same. There is an open parking area next to the building.
