Breakfast was served from 7:30 am, late if someone tries to be early at the ski Gondola to avoid long queues which can take hours to get on the slopes. You have to be at the Gondola by 8:30 at the latest which is hard when breakfast starts just one hour before. Also the ski room is very small, no benches to sit on to put on the ski boots and there are no locks for those who bring their own skis and no heaters for the ski boots. We did not leave our skis there but used our car to save them. No use of towels at the sauna! This is a hygiene issue and it seemed very strange to us, having all people sit on the benches without towels. The hotel offered bathing robes but no towels for the swimming pool and sauna. The Jacuzzi was out of order as was the kettle in our room but we told the reception and they changed it immediately which was good.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Bansko and the Gondola and there is a van from the hotel to the Gondola every 15 mins in the morning. Breakfast & dinner were from descent to great, relatively good quality, a lot of variety and tasty. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, the balcony the same. There is an open parking area next to the building.

The room itself was pleasant and clean, however, the shower cabin was unfortunately broken. Additionally, although there was a kitchenette available, it lacked basic utensils and plates, which was a bit inconvenient. My interaction with the staff regarding a lost room card was disappointing. Despite being polite and apologetic, their response was quite discourteous and unhelpful. Instead of offering assistance, I was simply told to "better find it," which left me feeling stressed and frustrated. After some back and forth, the issue was resolved without any significant problems for them or me. Overall, while there were aspects of my stay that I enjoyed, the lack of attention to certain amenities and the negative interaction with staff regarding the lost card detracted from the overall experience

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone. Additionally, the spa facilities were nice, with three types of sauna to choose from, a relaxing zone, and a refreshing plunge pool. Some members of the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving a flower in the spa area, adding a nice touch to the experience.

The ski storage space for such a big hotel is very, very limited and small. The pool water could be warmer. The saunas except one were not really in function but were open to the guests. The jacuzzi didn't work. The lady selling the ski passes was not available for two days and the other staff at the desk could not replace her.

The location is excellent. The breakfast decent, good choice of everything. The rooms are spacious, actually they are apartments. Excellent value for money. I was there two years ago an it has improved.

It's not entirely hotel's fault, but the lobby is very noisy. One reason is that the music stops at 11 pm and after that no security personnel send people to sleep. For us there was no problem, being tired we had good sleep anyway. Otherwise it's not ok. One morning we had expired chocolate.

Nice hotel, spacious lounge where you can sit in the evening. Ski rental on site and transfer to the elevator and back. You can also buy a ski pass directly at the hotel. Equipment prices are very affordable. Walking straight 7 minutes to the tourist center of the city. Safe parking for your car available behind the building. Nice breakfast 🥞

Not so quiet hotel, so you could hear everything. Every morning we were waking up from the music at the bar of the hotel or we could hear kids playing etc. lastly , spa is nice when it comes to massage experience but sauna, jacuzzi and thermal pool are not so quiet it was full of kids

It was a little bit noisy due to the fact that all rooms entrance doors are facing the lobby area. Happily, after 10-11 pm everything was carefully shut down by the staff, including all noise. The pool is a little bit small but all in all clean and a good facility.

The location is excellent with easy access to the gondola and walking distance to pubs and restaurants area. We also loved the generous breakfast and the proper decorations. Clean rooms and good beds.

The Roman bath in the Spa centre did not work all the time. The pool was full of long hairs so maybe the ladies should be encouraged to wear caps or tie their hair up. Also, the children or rather the parents should be told to keep their children away from splashing people or jumping in the pool.

The breakfast was more or less fine biut the cornflakes and choco balls seemed a liitle stale. Everything else was fine, good choice of pastries, bread and vegetables and fruits.

The spa is somehow not very good preserved and the prices at the bar are a bit high. Eventhough we have specifically requested for a quiet room and we even received a confirmation from the hotel, we were given a room on the first floor, just above the street, where all hotel guests arrive by bus or cars and next to the elevator...

The location is very convenient and the hotel is spacious. There is a great variety of choices in the breakfast and one can also buy the ski pass and exchange money in the reception. It was snowing heavily but the parking space was constantly and quickly cleaned by the hotel.

1- Breakfast was boring. Dinner was awful !!!!- just don’t eat dinner in the hotel ! 2- The Jacuzzi was out of order during all our stay - 11 days ….. 3- The Apartment we received upon arrival (at 16:00) was not the one we requested- it had the bedroom on a second floor/ gallery. We asked to get the apartment requested but we got it only the next day .

old furniture in the rooms that need renovation, a bit cold rooms, music in the lounge is very loud from early on in the morning and very disturbing for the rooms that have windows facing that area
