I think the variety of breakfast could be improved, the food is good, but it makes a difference if you stay there longer.

Great location and an amazing view. Very quiet family hotel with lovely staff and pleasant guests. It has a family vibe, quiet even though with the live music at night. The rooms with the sea view are amazing. Cozy garden and one can enjoy both the yard, and the swimming pool, or just take a 1-min walk to the beach. The manager acknowledged my request for a room with a seaview and even placed us in a bigger apartment than requested, as there was one available at the time. We really appreciated the hospitality gesture and enjoyed our stay very much. Great hospitality and care for the guests, which is rare to find in Bulgarian Black Sea resorts.

The Queen's Castle and its gardens worth being visited, they are the focal point of this city, despite the full of potholes roads from the border to Balchik and the many buildings under construction, some of them left unfinished from this touristic city.

The staff was very nice. Everything was ok, as we had expected. The quality-price ratio was very good. They have many wonderful flowers in their garden, and a lot of types of roses are in the Castle's garden. The Queen's Castle and its gardens worth being visited, they are the focal point of this city.

I would recommend paying more attention to cleanliness

It is a nice place to stay, offering good accomodation conditions at a fair price. The hotel is located right on the beach, being perfect for families with kids. We appreciated the staff who are very friendly and helpfull, the Lady at the reception also was very kind, she offered us a bigger room, with very nice view to the sea.

Very nice hotel, with direct access to a sandy beach with warm water (also with its own swimming pool but we enjoy usually much more the sea...), with very nice staff and very good food at the restaurant. I strongly DO recommend this place and it was a very nice surprise!

We were transfered to the oasis hotel, nearby, because Helios was occupied with refugees from Ukraine. All oasis apartments have sea view, which was great! Plenty of space for a family of 3. Very clean, towels were changed every 2 days.

First day our room wasn’t very clean. We had to ask again for the cleaning lady to come. No microwave ( we were traveling with kids; it would have been practical)

The bathroom is vetuste in need of refurbishment not very clean. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was only at 7 out of 10. Breakfast is average with low quality products but eadible except for the auwfull coffee. Odd postwarlike neigborhood with lots of wandering dogs and cats but only 10 mins to the "nice" part of the city

Big rooms with sea view and cozy balcony, pools were ok. There is direct access to the beach (beautiful public beach, 10 leva umbrella and sunbed). All workers were kind and polite, the bar and the restaurant are ok. Overall is a good hotel that just need some care and more cleanliness.

The best hotel: nice staff, clean room and in all spaces, cool pool, tasty food at their restaurant. The parking space is public, and are plenty of spaces. Very very close to the beach. The pool is cleaned by a man ( I saw him with my own eyes :)). Their garden is very taken care of.

Good location, near the beach. Friendly staff, cleanliness. Most of all, I liked the hotel's courtyard, which had a children's playground in the shade all day, a covered terrace and a very good restaurant. In the evening, the atmosphere was maintained by a band that plays live.

While they can be a… thrill to one’s years, those bird nests on the top roof must go away! They’re a source of bacteria and infection and dirt.

Excellent position at one side of Balchik, nearby beach (usually full of locals and people from Helios and nearby hotels). The room was large and comfortable, functional ac and excellent shower cabin and water pressure. Downtown and supermarkets are a five-minute walk away. Breakfast showed no variety during our 5-day stay, but it was plentiful and delicious. The buffet had sunny side ups, scramble eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, tomatoes (wonderful delicious pink Bulgarian tomatoes), cucumbers, bell peppers, various cold cuts, cereals, milk, toast, cookies, fresh fruit, coffee, water, (sort of) juices. Lunch and dinner are a la carte, with some products better than others, with plenty of room for improvement. Service was prompt, but weird way of bringing food (appetizers and soups after the main course…). Very nice live performances every night. Usually populated with families with young children, which makes it ok if you need a rest. Definitely not suited for hard core party people. All pics are accurate

I did not like the loud music coming from the restaurant until 11 p.m. I signed up for a hotel, not a concert every night until 11. I want to hear the waves, enjoy the open door/ window air. Unfortunately the hotel failed in providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at night.

The staff was friendly and understanding. The location is not so bad if you drive but if you have to walk to the city center or the boardwalk there is a very bad area/sidewalk of abandoned buildings that you have to pass by- borderline dangerous.
