I didn't realise when booking that the room only had a shower. I would have liked a bath.

The staff were friendly, the room was spotless & comfy, and the location was central. We came down for breakfast right at the end of the time. The staff was very welcoming and unlike other places we've stayed at, they were very welcoming despite us being last minute.

Surcharge for breakfast, mistake from 1 receptionist to purchase I/o block amount in card. Need to wait money return. Same receptionist offered room upgrade to include breakfast credit in restaurant, minibar consumption, however lack of decent explanation we have not been utilising it to the max the voucher extra paid. Property under reconstruction works!!!

Got charged twice - by booking.com and then at the reception upon check out even though I’ve explicitly mentioned twice that I’ve already been charged by booking and showed the receipt as well. Only got a confirmation from reception after I’ve left that indeed it was their mistake.

But the receptionist didn't seem very happy to see us. I wish they were a bit more friendly. Also there was a funny smell in the room. Slightly overpriced for basic hotel room. You're paying for the Hilton brand, but it was very quiet in such a big hotel. You also need to pay for parking which I thought was a rip off. You shouldn't have to pay if you've already paid for a hotel room.

I liked the location in that it was close to the mall, and we got to go to the cinema. There's also a nice restaurant called Alforno in the mall. The double room was okay, the shower worked well and I had a good night's sleep.

There was some unpleasant odor in the room. Also can not understand 5 stars hotel not to have free access for internet (except for honor members), no complementary water in the room, no sleepers…

This is my 3rd stay in the hotel, which means i like it. Location is really good especially if you travel by car. Room is comfortable and they serve great breakfast

The toilet brush was dirty. A bit too expensive for what was offered.

Taking deposit for 200euros didn’t make sense, i travel internationally and may need that money for my next trip. I checked in 1am so only for 11 hours stay I got charged for 50euros for my pet. That’s way to expensive per stay.

I cannot mention something that was really a disadvantage for the guests. It is a hotel that provides all the amenities for the usually short stay businessmen look for.

Excellent hotel with professional personnel that facilitate the guests' accommodation. The rooms are clean and neat as well as quite spacious. The breakfast very filling and quite satisfactory the omeletes are great!). The location perfect!

Renovation makes parking difficult because you have to drive around the block to park in a different parking lot. It's not a big deal and will go away eventually but it was hard to figure out at first.

No slippers and no toothpaste in the room, for a 5 stars hotel-it is kind of expected. They are renovating the hotel, so it was a bit noisy and there is no bar or gym. To work out you have to go to an underground gym in a different building across the boulevard.

The location is very good-near a park and close to the shopping street. The metro access a bit far.The staff is very friendly and I really liked the restaurant-the food was great! The room was cozy and spacy.

the phone for reception did not work. the whole building smelt like paint due to the ongoing renovation. there was no chance to have a coffee or tea after breakfast until 12 pm.

While booking the hotel it was saying "free parking" but while checking in we have been told "it is not free". Didn't want to make a big thing out if it but in general parking can be free for the hotel guests.

It was one of the best experience I had. The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and breakfast/restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces. Special thanks to Poli and her staff for all friendly conversations and helps during our stay. The hotel is just walking distance from the city centre. I highly recommend it to anyone.
