We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were friendly, the room was spotless & comfy, and the location was central. We came down for breakfast right at the end of the time. The staff was very welcoming and unlike other places we've stayed at, they were very welcoming despite us being last minute.

Same receptionist offered room upgrade to include breakfast credit in restaurant, minibar consumption, however lack of decent explanation we have not been utilising it to the max the voucher extra paid. United KingdomBut the receptionist didn't seem very happy to see us. I wish they were a bit more friendly. Also there was a funny smell in the room. Slightly overpriced for basic hotel room. You're paying for the Hilton brand, but it was very quiet in such a big hotel. You also need to pay for parking which I thought was a rip off. You shouldn't have to pay if you've already paid for a hotel room.
I liked the location in that it was close to the mall, and we got to go to the cinema. There's also a nice restaurant called Alforno in the mall. The double room was okay, the shower worked well and I had a good night's sleep.

Excellent hotel with professional personnel that facilitate the guests' accommodation. The rooms are clean and neat as well as quite spacious. The breakfast very filling and quite satisfactory the omeletes are great!). The location perfect!

BulgariaNo slippers and no toothpaste in the room, for a 5 stars hotel-it is kind of expected. They are renovating the hotel, so it was a bit noisy and there is no bar or gym. To work out you have to go to an underground gym in a different building across the boulevard.
The location is very good-near a park and close to the shopping street. The metro access a bit far.The staff is very friendly and I really liked the restaurant-the food was great! The room was cozy and spacy.

United KingdomWhile booking the hotel it was saying "free parking" but while checking in we have been told "it is not free". Didn't want to make a big thing out if it but in general parking can be free for the hotel guests.
It was one of the best experience I had. The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and breakfast/restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces. Special thanks to Poli and her staff for all friendly conversations and helps during our stay. The hotel is just walking distance from the city centre. I highly recommend it to anyone.
