very close to Sofia airport. perfect for an over night stay before our flight. Lovely local restaurant directly opposite the hotel where we had an excellent meal.

there was a party in the hotel but the room I was given was away and did not hear the noise, except few young people but the noise stopped quickly and the soap distributor was a little blocked in the bathroom.

Breakfast was basic. We woke up just before end of breakfast so that may be reason that we cant choose anything except bred and boiled egs.

Just overnight stay at hotel. Good value, big and nice room and free parking. Bed was nice and location is quiet so it is perfect for good nap and rest. All in one, recomended.

The room was very large, clean, and spacious. Although the hotel was a bit far from the center, it was about 5 minutes away from the metro station, so it wasn't a problem at all. I have nothing to criticize about the hotel. I would return again.

Through the air conditioning came cigarette smoke which was annoying for a non smoker. No open restaurant or bar facilities, however this is understandable for a New Year Eve and also 2 vending machines were available. Big supermarket is located at 5 min walk from the hotel. The windows are a little high and the room is this less luminous but fare and the size is pretty good. The soap distributor was blocked.

Good size of the room, new, clean and comfortable. The place is calm and good for a business or other type of trip. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, checking local transport to advise the best solution for upcoming trip. This saved me money and time. Really appreciated.

The bed sagged and the liquid soap dispenser was difficult to press.

It was not my first stay at Akord. The price, location, comfort, and the flexible check-in appealed to me. The staff is always approachable. I appreciated the availability of hot water, internet, and air-conditioned. No sound disturbed my sleep considering that there was a party in the restaurant downstairs.

Confused by car park entry, not told how to enter so had to park in street. No balcony to room for smoking. Restaurant was closed. Coffee coin machine expensive. No nominated guest smoking area downstairs. Charged for breakfast, thought it was included. Mini fridge empty and not working.

Modern building, upmarket and very impressive. Bathroom with bath and shower with good water pressure. large beautiful room flat screen TV with sofa , clean and comfortable, lift to upper floors. Hot n cold basic buffet breakfast available. Cafe opposite ideal for refreshments. Good heating.

The smell of some beech cleaning liquid that pervaded the room was too much for me. I even needed to open the windows for some fresh air. However, everything else was OK.

Cleanliness is obvious throughout the property and it feels comfortable. The plenty of parking space is also an asset.

Airconditioning was very poor, the holders for the handwash and shower gel did not work. Bugs were going inside tge room all tge time when yiu open tge windows, because the airconditioning was working very bad. Noises from out if tge buikding as peiple were drinking down there until 04.30 am after weddings.
