We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IrelandThey don't refill the drinking water when servicing the room so I had to ring down for more each day. It was very warm so it would have been nice if they had done that.
Large and comfortable room, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast selection. On site restaurant had a great selection of really delicious food! Free wellness centre, whiskey library with a stunning view on the top floor. Most of the staff spoke English well, only one or two didn't, and they were all very friendly! Beautiful gardens around the building. What's not to like?

BulgariaMaybe parking could be improved. Other that that everything was perfect. The prices of rooms are high, but I think it is worth it.
Truly dog friendly. They gave us even a dog bed and a bowl. Really friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Upon check-in we received complimentary things both for us (cupcakes and water) and for our dog (dog treats, a plush toy and some vitamins). During our stay the hotel was full, but in the room it was very quiet which is the first time this happens to me.

The property has excellent spa, staff was friendly from the time we checked in to the time we left, anyone we talked to or asked for help was helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The free parking and the welcoming treats were great! We would definitely stay here again, next time we visit Plovdiv!

BulgariaI know, the coffee sucks in most hotels, but since this is my favourite hotel in Plovdiv, it'll be awesome if the coffee gets better. I would suggest to the hotel staff to organise a coffee degustation with Dabov Coffee or with Family Roastery from Plovdiv. Just bring the coffee you currently serve and compare it with the specialty coffee on such degustation. It's important for the hotel staff to be educated what's the taste of a good coffee and to know the different methods of extraction. In my understanding, a good hotel breakfast should be able to offer at least the following coffee drinks: - espresso from fresh beans (max 1 month from the date of roasting) - medium-to-dark roast - cappuccino with milk - cappuccino with oat milk - a good filter coffee from fresh beans - light-to-medium roast
I've been staying in this hotel quite regularly at least 3-5 times a year since August 2022. I've been in a regular and in a premium rooms. I've been there when the hotel is crowded and when it doesn't have too many guests. For me the most value for money I get is when I stay at a Premium room when the hotel is not too busy. I just love how spacious are the rooms! Why I'll continue staying at the Imperial? + For 2 years, I've seen month-to-month improvements and tweaks in the way the hotel works + I've been pleasantly surprised to see my feedback and suggestions addressed on my next visit
