    N/A

Staff's hospitality, positivity, smiles and professionalism was the first thing one could notice in this beautiful hotel. The location is great - in the center of the resort's heart, but still in a quet street, away from the noice. The room we were settled in was luxurious and spacious - this helped us relax completely, despite our short stay. Really convinient for us was the fact that the hotel offered us parking spot in front of it. We would definitely recommend our travelling friends, and not only, the services of Maria Revas.

Very small balcony, very old style room decoration (but neither classic nor boutique), the staff doesn't know how to make espresso properly, and they hardly smile.

Balcony rather small (in case of my type of the room - you can choose with a larger one), old type of TV set, billard not included (additional payment is needed), no mini bar, nearby restaurants rather expensive (as for Bulgaria)

Very large room, large bathroom, very nice surroudings with 5 star hotels and very good Beach Bar at the seaside (Bedroom - worth seeing especially at night during the dance show - entry fee 10 Euro but quite cheap alcohol inside), close to Nessebar (you can take a ferry from the port in Nessebar, e.g. to Sozopol), close 24h stores

The reception and management staff is a complete disaster. These people are lacking basic communication skills and behave as if you are obliged to stay there and as if you are not a customer but their subordinate. The hotel was built with relatively good quality materials and is spacious, it has potential but it managed so poorly that it would be better if they just fire all staff and turn it into an apartment rental complex. For now - avoid. Examples (few of the many): - lamps in the living room burn out, you signal reception, they make you go downstairs, then they look for new lamps and give you the lamps so that you change them YOURSELF, saying: "I'm not sure these will work" - hairdryer (something that must be in the room by law in a 5*): not present in the room. You go to reception, they look for one and they tell you: "I can't find it, come back and ask again tomorrow" INCREDIBLE! You need to use the device so you go back tomorrow and they tell you "sorry, we don't have it". A 5* hotel does not have a hairdryer at reception and in the room. - sand in the shower cabin from the previous guests - extremely dim lighting - horrible shower amenities

Location is good if you want to go the nice beach bars and night clubs, plus some of the decent restaurants are nearby. Rooms are spacious.

Huge disappointment as the Booking.com description has nothing to do with what you get. “Get the celebrity treatment with world-class service at Villa Maria Revas” – Say what? In what universe? This is a 3 star at best. It has five stars outside the building and when researching hotels I asked only for 4 and 5 stars. “Maria Revas is a boutique guest house with a unique architectural and interior design and offers all the conveniences for a well-deserved rest and pleasant vacation.” Boutique? Conveniences? None. “Diamond luxury deal” Again in what universe? This is by far the worse place we have stayed in Bulgaria. This is billed as a boutique and luxury diamond star property! This is a bad 3 star at the very best! “Villa Maria Revas is a family-owned property” When we were given our key it was in a pocket with Festa Hotels advertising 6 other of their hotels in Bulgaria! There is really no parking in this property, as with other details in the description this is a lie. There is an empty lot next to the hotel that is open to everyone and is a first come first serve. Supermarket-Many small ones to the left of the property. Noise level first night was noisy as the bar downstairs had the music very loud. Reception-Friendly but unable to resolve issues. No remote for the AC. They can’t find one! is 110 degrees in the room! Got one the second day after the irritated receptionist came to the room and verified there wasn’t one! Room-Nothing like the picture. Nothing boutique about it, fake leather living room in a 100 degree weather? All in very bad taste, burned carpet b the entrance. Light for reading –harsh Bed – Terrible- hard and uncomfortable- thin cheap curtains that do not keep the light away. Air Conditioning-They could not find the remote control for the AC that is only in the bedroom. No AC in the living room/kitchen/dining bistro table area (chairs upholstery is stained cheap and old). Hardly any light in the living area.

The location is good a bit away from the craziness of sunny beach. Walking distance to cocoa beach. There are bars and services at the beach.

Wifi didn't reach our rooms, and where connection was possible, it was nearly impossible to use because it was so slow.

Everything apart from the wifi was exceptional- a great hotel! Would recommend to anybody, and especially those travelling in larger groups.

Wifi was not available, probably because hotel was just open for seson. Normally it should be free.

Very big rooms, close to beach and Nessebar
