We didn’t like the limited breakfast options and the fact that no additional food was brought out during the last 30 minutes of breakfast. The spa facilities were underwhelming, and there was no information about the Wi-Fi in the room — I had to ask at reception.

We really liked the property — the staff were very kind and helpful, the food was delicious, the outdoor pool was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom shower was faulty, probably no one has cleaned there for some time; otherwise, they would have noticed this. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly, it had traces of previous use

Nobody tell us dinner reservations make by website before you came in the restaurant.

However, this time the negatives outweighed the positives. First of all, you have no option(unlike before) but to choose half board, which understandably sky rockets the price of your room, especially if you are a family. And here comes the major issue - for the price I paid, I would expect a bit more. A few things to mention- the cleanliness of my apartment was questionable. When we entered the room, it smelt weirdly more like smoke but smoking is forbidden, so who knows. I had to ask for toilet paper as there wasn't any, and for duvet covers to cover ourselves during the night as we didn't have spare ones for the second bed, either. I was under the impression that the sofa bed was sorted in the rush without considering that it doesn't fit 2 people(2 adults+2 NOT young children in the apartment). The shower was too high and not movable, meaning you couldn't angle it in any direction, so it just kept splashing water everywhere. Overall, the room looked and felt a bit tired, and so did the breakfast, and this is the first time I have experienced this in Medicus.

I've been in Medicus many times and I loved it every time. The things I particularly enjoy are: the crystal clear water of the outside pool, the spectacular views of the mountain that you could get to see from your balcony and the hotel's very central location.

The apartment wasn't respond to our expectation. It was clean, but the air-condition didn't work properly, there were a small windows and no terrace. It was impossible to open to take some fresh air

Location, the swimming pool and the stuff were great. The outdoor restaurant in front of the swimming pool is a nice place to have a rest or to enjoy the meal. The swimming pool was cleaned every evening and the water was brilliant clean.

Room amenities are quite basic for hotel with 4 star pretensions. There is not even mineral water in room mini bar - quite strange for hotel number of stars and room prices. In our offer was included breakfast and dinner meals. Clients must choose their dinner choice in QR application menu till 17.00 and to be shared expected arrival time for dinner in the restaurant. Even with such organization waiting time for main meal to be given was more then 1 hour in our 2 nights there. Our main negative impression - internal pool zone is too small for hotel capacity. It is almost Impossible to use it because of number of people in the pool which is not large as was described in hotel description page in Booking. We did not succeed to use it and hotel mineral pool was main reason to book there. Maybe during working days situation is different but during weekend internal pool zone is too overcrowded. Overall our impression is that Medicus is nice hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staff, but money to value ratio is not good enough.

Central location, nice and clean hotel facilities and very friendly staff. Dinner is served in big portions and is tasty. Wonderful views from both balconies in our apartment.

There were constant issues with the elevator to our rooms and being with an elderly person it was extremely inconvenient for them to go 4 flights of stairs. It was fixed on the last day of our stay, but the elevators are old and prone to breaking down (no danger to get stuck inside though)

There was not great variety of food in the breakfast but the products are good quality and very tasty. I didn't like the coffee.

The one bedroom apartment is great with 2 small kids. It has 2 balconies with nice view. The restaurant is great, the food is very tasty, especially at dinner. The spa center is decent. I also like that there's a small kids room and playing room with billiards, table football and table tennis.

The place is nice and clean. We had an amazing view toward the pool and the mountain. We enjoyed the SPA and the internal pools and Jacuzzi. The most of all is the treatment of the personal. I brought my 83 year old mom and they were amazing trying to make her feel comfortable. I would definitely visit again and recommend highly.

We enjoyed very much everything.

The breakfast was served outside in a very pleasant location. We had a great selection of food for a hot summer day and enjoyed it very much. The swimming pools were great, both inside and outside. The dinner was very nice with a good selection of drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

The breakfast was extremely simple. The beds didn’t have proper duvets, though these are minor problems as the overall experience was repeat worthy

The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were breathtaking. The price included a simple breakfast and dinner, but addition items could be added for a small cost. Rooms were of a very good size. Staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Private parking was free and directly behind the hotel. The hotel has a fabulous location, so walking down the town center was easy.
