If you want to go to the sea garden or to the beach often, consider that the location is not that close, maybe about 30 minutes walk.

The purpose of our trip was leisure but know beach holiday so the location was fine. It is near the main train and bus stations. The port is not far away as well. The main shipping and dining street is also in about 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is nice. The host gave all instructions before the stay and we did not need anything else. The place is in the blue parking zone which is not valid during the weekend and you can park nearby for free.

Yes, there were (small) cockroaches, but I don't know how you can prevent that in a building like that in a town like Burgas. And yes, the warm water in the shower should be fixed ASAP. Guidance for future travellers: opt for lower water pressure to be able to heat the water accurately. What we did not like at all was that there was no possibility to prepare coffee - none whatsoever. There should be at least a moca machine. Amenities generally very basic.

Central in a quiet area, just a few minutes from the main bus station and not far from the beach either. Host was very nice to let us check in early. Three beds, two balconies, spacy apartment. Washing mashine and detergent available.

Finding parking in the area was a bit of a struggle, since there was no parking spot from the apartment and all the streets around were in the "blue parking zone" (which means additional cost), and nota lot of spaces around were available.

The apartment has a great location. The rooms are nice and spacious. All the areas were clean, and the apartment had almost everything a person might need! The host is also very pleasant and communicative. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, we recommend it!

The only downside is lack of parking spot.

The apartment is really nice - big rooms, all appliances, two balconies. It's very comfortable place to stay especially for longer periods. The host was very helpful and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

A very large, clean, and cozy apartment with air conditioning in every room. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 4 people in 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment also had a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate additionally 1-2 people. The bed linen was clean and fresh. The hostess was very friendly and eager to help (even moved the check-in time an hour earlier at our request).

The shower is a bit hard to work with - it can get really cold or really hot in seconds and it’s tricky to regulate it.

The location is great, a nice walk away from the centre and near the train station. The apartment has cozy rooms, working refrigerator and air conditioner. One can even cook himself a meal if needed.

- The bathroom shower is insane. Never saw such engineering before. You control the temperature of the water by increasing and decreasing the flow of the water - We were with a stroller so the small elevator, the two doors at the entrance of the apartment and main entrance door not fully opening were a bit of an issue but we dealt with them. Overall the building is not well maintained. - The window at the second terrace at the living room is not fully closing so was full of mosquitoes and practically the terrace is unusable

- Good size apartment for the budget - Nice and quiet with a bit of sun shining in the afternoon - It was clean. We were with children, they were touching everywhere so it was clean. Didn't saw dust. - Big fridge, kitchen utensils are ok but we didn't use them. - Two big beds for 2 people each - Nice little terrace with carpet. You can leave the little ones there to play alone - A lot of flip flops even for men, a lot of bathroom cosmetics such as shampoo and other women stuff. Detergent for the washer was also available. - Plenty of storage room - AC in each room -

There was a light socket that had wires showing, which we thought was a bit insecure. Notification about The bottle to collect run off from air cons would have been helpful, instead it flooded deck. Nobody new location, not even local shop 20 metres up the road so more instructions on getting there would have been a big help. The condition of the outside of unit, stair well lift area, corridor etc is pretty bad and looked shady.

The Unit was well equiped. Air con worked well.
