The shower is in the same small room as the toillet. The ground wasnt clean. Hairs everywhere.

The room and kitchen were nice, but the other spaces like the hallway and the bathroom were not. Despite being clean they are old and not very welcoming and neither comfortable.

Great location in the very centre and nice room, with a comfortable bed. Staff was kind and immediately available.

Outside signage confuses, office is actually next door to the signed entrance. Check in was a tad confused and tedious. Private bathroom isn't actually en-suite but across the hall and of poor standard.

Absolutely superb location. Right next to Serdika underground station. Easy walk to centre of the city and the action.

Reception called and said room, available when I was told the room was ready and they were waiting for me but when I got there are no one there with , I had the ask the shop across the street to call all the proprietor also not informed in the correct Wi-Fi password until many attempts on my part failed and was able to get correct password from proprietor

Room was spacious, nice central location, bed was clean and comfortable. However the extra pillow and duvet were rather dirty.

The room condition was bad in so many levels, on the pictures ot looks clean and tight, but in reality is not, everything is old, smells bad, the matrace is old and dirty the sheets are old. I found some hair on top of the bed, there are spiderwebs, there is an old fridge that was stabilized with a pice of wood underneath it, the floor was cracking like i was going to fall any moment when walking. I couldn't sleep all night. On top of that, some people decided to have a laud conversation in 1AM until 4AM. I paid 37 euros for one night. I won't go back there even if it's for free. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

We could not check in until 3:00. The electricity went out and the entire 2nd floor had to relocate to another hotel for one night...that hotel was not a nice place, BUT...Santa Sofia did offer one extra night at half price and that earns them at least a "good" rating. Not every hotel in Bulgaria would do that. So...when things went bad, they managed to accommodate 4 different parties from the 2nd floor. The electricity was repaired the next day.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner worked well. The price was more than fair for three nights in Sofia.

I barely got some sleep, the AC wasn't working the bed was broken, the shower was so dirty. The minutes I checked in I wanted a refund, but unfortunately it wasn't refundable. After I woke up all my body was itchy properly there was bedbugs. I paid around 38 euro per night. I wouldn't pay even 1 euro for it.

I didn't like anything, the place was awfully dirty and disgusting!!! I do not recommend to anyone.

We really liked your hotel, despite the fact that we arrived much earlier, they checked us in earlier. Thanks to the administrator, and the woman who cleans. She is very nice.
