The smell in our room - it rained a few days before we arrived and the carpet in the room with soaked and smelly.

It was our second time here for us, I like the food, the pools, the programme for kids, it's all very well organized and comfortable.

Excellent food; very polite staff at the reception desk; spacious bedrooms; clean swimming pools, overall, very well-maintained resort. We have visited the resort couple of times 3-4 years ago and it still offers very good service as before.

Food was disappointing, especially in the main restaurant. No decent coffee.

There were lots of things for our four year old to do. The beach was narrow but clean and nicely shielded by trees. Pizza was great and I liked the multiple snack stations.

There was nothing to do after dinner, no entertainment for the kids. You have to pay for most of the fun facilities for kids. No free sun beds on the beach. The hotel is far from any outside entertainment. Not good for small children.

Overall, nice. Only issue, the Hotel has a lot of rules that are not being respected by other clients, like jumping in the swimming pool or letting kids roam in the restaurant, which is chaotic. Someone should be put in charge of making the rules be respected.

Sol Nessebar Bay was closed. We were redirected to Sol Nessebar Mare hotel. First room has damaged furniture and the toilet seat was dirty. We changed the room: the second was better but there was a locked door separating from the room nextdoor. You could hear the neighbors through it. Staff was helpful but not involved. - Forgot a piece of garderobe in the room and nobody from the hotel called, although 3 days passed since the stay. I had to personally call the hotel 3 times to find the cleaning employee who made the room after our stay to finally find it.-

Room was big enough. Amenities were nice. Food was enough to choose from. Well maintained and clean overall. Close to the beach.

Everything was perfect - accommodation, facilities, food, staff, aquapark 😍 will visit again 100%. It is perfect for families with kids.

The hotel (Sol Nessebar Mare, instead of Sol Nessebar Bay, where I originally booked) is a little bit rundown, the fitness center / gym, which was important to me is absolutely rotten and in ruins, nothing like on the photo. Basically only the dumbbells worked. The food offered is very mediocre in general, the salads and the freshly grilled fish and meat is excellent, the cooked food is just tasteless and all the same every day, very boring.

Rooms were nice, access to a nice, sandy beach.

The hotel exceeded my expectations !!! All was very good - the room , the meal , the facilities . The entire resort was very well projected - in order to fulfill a lot of holiday needs but especially : fun an rest !!!

Visitors are free not to not follow any COVID regulations. Social distancing? Bah, we just want to maximise our profit by squeezing every person from 2 separate hotels in one small canteen (!). The canteen cannot accommodate so many visitors? Too bad for them. Empty sanitizer bottles? Couldn't care less mate. Bedding in our room wasn't changed even once during our 6-night stay, I could tell this by the sand leftovers that remained at the same spots. Food was sometimes not cooked very well, for example, grilled chicken was pink-ish inside and grilled vegetables tasted raw. Juices were diluted with water. If you don't like kids (like me), you will have a hard time with all those endless screams that don't stop even at midnight.

Aqua park was pretty cool. We enjoyed it thoroughly by spending most of the day there! The location is also pretty good as it is away from the main tourist routes. Staff is hard-working.

- I booked for Sol Nessebar Bay but they gave me room from Sol nessebar Mare. -Air conditioning is very poor- the temperature can not be less than 26.5! It was just a fan not A/C. -Parking is not free. -You should pay daily charge for using safety box. -The beach was not comfortable and it is far from the hotel.

It is a place which is good for kids.

The food was not very good, lots of frozen products of low quality, this explains the good value for money. The filling of the food was also sometimes slow and not consistant, so peaple had to move fast to get the better item. The property is mostly outdated, looks very old, needs a lot of renovations everywhere. Repairs were mostly done, but only the minimal necessity. There were no Covid measures, the pool and beach chairs were extremly dense and packed toghether. Whe had booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bad which was only 60 cm wide, even our 6 years old could not sleep in it. Safe was broken, furniture was broken.

We liked the size of the hotels park, everything was clean, not many tourists there. Staff was always helpfull and friendly. The size of the room was good, lots of places to get snacks, pools and water slides were very nice and the only thing that seemd new and in good shape. The beach was nice cause it had no chairs and was mostly natural, even with the few steps to climb down.
