Everything was good and the location is nice because its infront of the sea. We love the foods actually delicious and healthy.

They don't have brown bread and they are not serving cereals for kids. And one more thing when we check the aircon its working well but its full of molds that very dangerous for the health.

I liked the staff, the park and the food. The food is freshly cooked and nice. The hospitality was very good.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed and the pillow. Both were too hard for me. I would recommend to either replace them or have at least a softer pillow.

    - The hotel has a relatively big yard/garden/park and you can walk around it even at night as the lanes are illuminated. - It is 1 min away form the beach - Private parking is available on premises for 15lv a day and prior reservation (there are cheaper public parking locations but your car is close to you and it is in the shade as there are tall trees) - For a last minute booking the price was fine for what was advertised on paper and what previous negative guest reviews mentioned. - The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. - The bathroom had a tub (of course the plug is removed but you can easily create one, I have done it in other hotels which advertise that they have tubs but the plugs are always mysteriously missing) - Several options where to have your meals - inside the restaurant, in the outside bar area or in the adjacent gazebos - During the meals staff was quick to clean tables to free them for the next guests - The pool area was nice - 15 minute walk to the Old City

    - Limited food options for the all inclusive tag. - There were no accessibility or baby stroller ramps. Not the cleanest of rooms - The sheets did not cover the sides of the mattresses. Even though they were very comfortable you could see that they have seen some use. I don't normally check the condition of mattresses if they are comfortable but these ones were not even hidden by the sheets. - Had to move some furniture around to accommodate for the crib they provided as it was placed directly under the AC. The space between the beds and wall and between the 2 beds had accumulated a lot dust and grime. - The AC was missing the main moving panel so you could not direct the airflow at all (hence the need to move the crib that would have been directly in front of the air current). The front plate was also held up by duck tape. - Bedside laps had a lot of dust on them and on the light bulbs inside which is a fire hazard. - The room was not aired out when we arrived and it had both stale air and bathroom odor (10 minutes of an opened balcony door and bathroom fan fixed the issue) - Neither the balcony door nor the window above it had mosquito nets(which I thought might be an issue but even during our night walks outside we did not encounter any mosquitos as the municipality takes certain steps regarding them) - There were 2 curtains that were only enough to cover our 2 windows but not the door leading to the balcony. As we were on the 1st/ground floor that was at the same level as most of the park it would have been easy for other guests walking around to see what was happening inside. I always carry 2-3 clothes pins and was able muster an angle where the curtains covered the windows and door. - No "Clean the room"/ "Do not disturb" signs - got my trash taken out but no new towels.

The hotel has a great location - a couple flights of stairs to the beach, 10 minutes away from the old town of Nessebar and close to the centre of the new town itself. The rooms on one side of the hotel are with views of the park in which it’s located, and the sea can also be seen. The rooms are clean and the staff are polite.

The only thing that wasn’t perfect is the food. Though it was delicious, some of the meals weren’t appropriate for an all inclusive. Meat was also scarce. But considering the price of the stay, you get a good worth for your money.

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach (2 min walk) They change your towels every day. Nice and quiet place.

The food choices are poor, you have a few options to choose from. The staff doesnt speak english or other foreign language. If you ask them in english they will reply in bulgarian. You have to pay for parking (15 leva/night), although it is not specified in the initial offer.
