The hairdryer was not working in one of the rooms. The AC was noisy in one of the rooms and impossible to be used(while inside) in the other room as it was literally screaming. Same food everyday for 5 days. The parking is 25BGN/day, but you don't get to use it during your vacation as it is stuck between other cars because the parking is too small and they fill it up to full. When you wanna leave the hotel it is a pain most of the time because elevators are very very slow as they are stopping on almost every floor they are asked even if they are already full and cannot take more people.

We liked the location as it is near the beach and promenada. The food was good as well, but the same everyday. The prices at the bar are okay, not huge.

Too few wall sockets in the rooms. No mosquito net. Almost no parking space. No EV charger in the hotel.

The lady responssible for the food refill was a bit rude, also the plates finished quickly thereore, we had to wait. When the food finnished up the wait time for the refill was a bit too much and the menu compared to the photos is differently to the ones served at the hotel anything yous see there on the photos you have to order seperatlly or in other words pay for, the drink choices were quite limmited as most drink (alchoholic/non-alchoholic) have to be payed seperatly even though they offer juices choises only in the breakfast time. There are 12 floors and only 2 elevators and the wait time is long deppending on your floor location.

Happy that the location is close to the sea, the reseptionist was nice and helpfull. The food was great even though there were limited choices it had some variety. The rooms got cleand up fast.

On booking, it's written that private parking is available, but you need to pay for it anyway, which is fine, but there is no guarantee of available spots.

The view is great so close to the beach ⛱️ Rooms are a bit small, but other than that, nothing to complain!

Not so keen on the food, but for the amount they cater for an ok job.

Very pleasant. Overlooking the sea and beach. The Funky pub a couple of doors away is the best. I would say the hotel is family oriented. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds a bit low for older guests. No bedside tables and the bed in 701 a bit big for the space. Nice little balcony with the sun in the morning. Fridge was on hot constantly. Tv OK. I only stayed one night and it was adequate.

The pool is quite small, although not many people used it this time because the water was quite cold. No many other activities.

Great location - on the front line of the beach,. Rooms with a sea view are a good opportunity to experience the atmosphere both during the day and at night. Good breakfast and dinner offer.

Luckily we were only there for 2 nights, but even on the 8th floor there was incredible noise every night until at least midnight! Horrible. We don't want this anymore. I can still hear the karaoke in my head. We're sorry. It's a great hotel, just be quiet. The food is average.

The location of the hotel is right by the sea. Nice receptionist. The room with sea view is great.

Only one elevator was in use, from two available. There was a lot of hair on the blankets and on the couch. No parking available at the hotel.

Frontal view at the sea and the entire beach. Has garden, pool, good food. New furniture in the room and bathrooms. The room has two bathrooms.

The parking, which was separate and we had to pay 25 Lev a day which is on top of the holiday , which was really unacceptable , it could have been discounted as your staying at a hotel in S/B , the other thing was you don't seem to pass emails to them , it's just an auto message back to the customer,so lack of communication

You were near everything within walking distance , everyone was friendly , they changed room for us , which I emailed yourselves about, but there was no correspondence from yourselves to tell them as they showed us on the computer, but they sorted us out,the day after

Only 2 small elevators for the whole hotel - annoying long waits, loud karaoke at the hotel’s bar until midnight - no sleep possible, very cold water in the pool, and extremely expensive parking.

Excellent food, clean rooms, good quality towels, nice garden, close to the beach, not close to the center so a bit less crowded.

We liked everything, very nice view from the balcony,the hotel is old but clean, the breakfast could be a little better, but I can recommend it for an economical holiday!
