The room was close to the output of the ventilation system and thus noisy till late of the evening.

Nice property at the feet of a hill. Rich variety of tasty food. There was a surprise in the pool- water aerobics.

The restaurant was more of a cafeteria than a restaurant, filled with what I think was buss loads of pensioners on holiday. The staff were not very friendly - may have been because they didn’t speak English, but a smile should not be difficult?!

The motors of the central heating and those that clean the pool are very loud, otherwise it is very calm and ok during the day, in the evening it may be a problem if u have a room on the lowest level.

Тhe corridors in the spa center were extremely cold. The pool in the yard is very, very small for the whole hotel capacity. I do not recommend accommodation with kids in the summer.

I liked the room, the staff and the fresh and delicious they serve.

The spa this hotel brings to you is just GREAT! Swimming in the hot mineral water pool I was feeling like I'm in heaven!

Not something that I didn't like - more of a doubt. After use of the SPA zone, bathrobe may get quite wet and does not have the time to dry. Is a replacing a usual option upon request? The sliding shower doors need some time to get used to (да им хванеш цаката). Also, more of a general comment for raising awareness among hotel guests, not particularly addressed to to hotel itself - alcohol and SPA are not supposed to get along well ;)

Great location between the town and the forest nearby. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. The entire hotel was pretty warm all the time. The inclusion of breakfast and dinner on the premise is very convenient and the choice is relatively rich. The warm pool outside is magical at night in winter. Cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful.

The restaurant staff seemed disinterested and did not offer to take drink orders, which was surprising given it was their potential revenue. I eventually had to ask if we could purchase drinks ourselves and then bring them from the bar to our table. I think you can understand why this affected their rating. Parking was also a significant issue. There was no available space, and when we asked the reception for parking options, they directed us to a grassy area where we might have damaged the undercarriage of our vehicle.

The cuisine was tasty, but despite the large number of guests, there was a limited selection.

The rooms need some renovation. The windows need blinds or better curtains, the sun wakes the guests early. The guests need more than 1 key for their rooms if more than 1 guest stays in a room.

I loved the combination of nature and mineral water. The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a great experience.

Not having electric pot in the room and tea bags for tea during breakfast, or free water in the room and at dinner. Not havin larger pool and inner pool. Dirty coridor carpet..

I ecpected the inner pool to be finished but is still at the begining. The outdoor pool is too small gor over 1000 guest since only 20 grown ups is the limit. Also free water during diner shall be included.

It is good, but the fruit us served cut into small pieces several hours prior to meals and that is no good! Some diners were very modest, some were very good. There should be variety for someone who is vegetarian or feasts.

The spa center was outdated, the relax room was dark. The music at the restaurant was extremely loud, we could not hear each other

The rooms and all areas were very clean, the staff was polite and professional, the food was tasty. Some of the rooms have a fantastic view towards the forest

Inability to adjust heating in the room in the evening. It was so hot. When we opened the window it was too smoky outside to keep it open.

More variety of food is needed, and not only white bread. There is all the time noice coming from the machine that cleans the water in the pool.The restaurant was very cold, seems they do not heat it.

Breafast was ok, nothing special, the dinner is better. I have already been in this hotel, it is at footsteps of the mountain. It is very hot in the room. They are finally building covered pool inside. The outside one is rather small and there is no covered passage to approach it. Yet I used it and was great in wintertimes. In the early autum it was too populated with guests.

Strange and ineffective management- we needed to go three time to different rooms - the rooms we were given were not cleaned yet. Next day they started cleaning the rooms above us at 8.00h in the morning. The staff in the restaurant not trained properly. There were some very noisy guests from Macedonia - there should be some control - both at the restaurant and the pool.

Good value for money, we liked the food ( HB arrangement). Rooms are nice.
