Nadya was absolutely amazing in the communications, proactive approach to ensuring every single little detail was covered from start to finish! I cannot recommend this enough - it was truly incredible and immaculate! She even was able to accommodate to our special request and frankly, everything was perfect. Extremely comfy bed, always warm apartment, to the smallest detail of having air freshers and cosmetic kits with decorations placed tastefully. Would most definitely come back!

Very nice and cozy apartment, well equipped with all you need for a relaxing vacation. Nice and clean details, lights, smart tv, comfortable beds and very quiet surroundings, near the pine woods and also complimentary drinks and cookies. Close enough to city center, gondola Yastrebets and all restaurants and tavernas. Very friendly guest, Nadya gave us all the details about surroundings and stayed in touch with us for any question. Very clean apartment, the towels are changed every 2 days and also coffee refills. This was the first time in summer season in Borovets, our lovely ski resort, but for sure we will come back in winter and also in summer seasons and we will book again on Pinewood apartments.

A magical place amidst the forest coziness. Here, you feel more than at home - like in Wonderland. Everything has been thought of, every detail is a masterpiece. All that's left is for us to enjoy. We will definitely return again.

There was no fault at all with the property. The spa / swimming pool were unfortunately closed and we had hoped to use these facilities. The restaurant and bar were also closed but this was not a problem because there are plenty of others nearby.

The whole experience was problem-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a home-from-home. The host was so kind and made the whole experience totally enjoyable. It was modern, aesthetic and full of homely touches. We liked the location, away from the noise and all of the little touches provided by the host. We will definitely return.

Nothing to mention, everything was excellent.

Everything was perfect. I cannot find words to describe the cosiness and cleanliness of the flat. It was fully equipped with all you need for a pleasant summer stay in the mountain. The host Nadya is a very kind and warm person and she has taken care for all small details (even there were slippers and tooth brushes). She gave us clear instructions how to reach the flat. When we arrived, a basket with fresh fruits was waiting for us. The flat is luxuriously designed and everything inside it is made with good taste and passion. We felt as if we were staying in our own home. I do recommend definitely! We will come back for sure.

We would have liked more snow! ❄️❄️The apartment was perfect!

This apartment is amazing! Its spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. It's even better than the pictures! It's modern and stylish, yet feels really cosy and has a lovely view from the little balcony out into a pine tree forest. It's always lovely and warm too! The TV is great with lots of options of channels as well as YouTube and Netflix. The apartment is furnished with absolutely everything you need and the attention to detail is fabulous! There is plenty of very useful kitchen utensils, bathroom facilities, complimentary water, fruit, tea and coffee as well as slippers and bath robes if you want to use the spa facilities. We had cleaning and fresh towels every other day. Nadia the host was so helpful and friendly and even left us some home made cake and prosecco as it was my partner's birthday! The apartment is located in the Borovets Gardens complex. It has a nice clean and stylish lobby and restaurant area that serves lovely food and drinks until 11pm. There is a spa area (extra charges apply here), a pool table and table tennis also! Parking is free all around the complex. It's approximately 8-10 minutes walk into the very centre of the town with the gondola, ski lifts and bars all situated close together there. It's a little bit of a slope on the walk up but it flattens out and this just makes it's easier walking home! We left our ski gear that we rented in a locker in the town however there is plenty of space in the apartment and lots of extra entrances to the block the apartment is situated in so you don't have to carry the gear through the lobby. We would definitely return to this apartment on our next ski trip. It's just so comfortable and absolutely brilliant value for money. Thank you Nadia 💚
