First of all ,I booked 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 adults and one child,when I checked in I payed 245 bgn more because they said I didn’t booked a child ,the parking,parking on site but it costs 25 bgn per day,and is not mentioned anywhere,the food,I ate just once,I couldn’t even look at the food,it looked horrible ,mostly I ate out,about cleaning can’t say much,not perfectly clean but not dirty also.The beds are a joke,they are not even beds.

The cleanliness in the restaurant, especially on the terrace, is very poor. They pick up what is left on the tables, but they don't wipe the tables. We had to clean the tables ourselves if we wanted to eat at a clean table. The floors hadn't been swept since the previous day. They deserve -1 star for the cleanliness of the restaurant terrace.

We had all inclusive. There was enough food and drinks available. The staff is quite friendly. The location of the hotel is good. The beach is right across the road.

Bored staff Very poor snack bar with some mediocre products The pool only has a few beach umbrellas, and even those are in a pitiful state.The pool bar has everything for a fee. Parking is charged at 20 BGN per day. Lobby bar is available for a fee. Very poor quality internet, almost non-existent Overall, you will not find anything at the location that is described on Booking

Only one tiny bar included in all inclusive, we were promised entertainment but there was none except for a paid bar outside the hotel, the pool bar was also paid, we were told there were Bulgarian evenings etc there were none,

first of all, the room was dirty. the food is a disaster, the employees are bored, the pool is dirty. partially all-inclusive hotel. you have all inclusive only at the restaurant and snack bar. at the restaurant, the basic food is fried carrots, macaroni and rice. at the snack bar you had what you didn't eat in the morning, cheese, tomatoes, salami and jam. the lobby of the restaurant was so "clean" that the slippers were sticking. not to mention that they were standing at the door when leaving the restaurant so you don't leave with fruit.

The room is very small, the beds are not comfortable, the staff is chatting on the hallway at 7 am, the toilet was leaking on the floor, there are no shower gels, we ran out of toilet paper and we found some quality ones on the hallway from the cleaning tools and later on when we came back from the beach they changed the toilet paper with a cheap one🙈

shower had to be held, couldnt aim it at head height, leaked and was very slippery - didnt get a nonslip matt until day 3 (after already falling). disappointing food for an all inclusive, didnt cater to allergies/advise what allergens were in the food. drink choices were poor - man at all inclusive bar sat outside smoking, drinking beer and not happy at all to be working - grunted when i asked what was available. really sad that ONLY 1 out of the 4 bars was for all inclusive and it was the furthest away from the pool. shouted at when tried to go into sports bar with our drinks.

big rooms, we got a sea view so was perfect. big bed (not the comfiest but done its job) really good location - lots to do and see around the hotel. pool and swim up bar were the best part! steve the hotel rep for Balkan was lovely and really helpful- staff in the pay bars were nice and entertainment was good too.

The only thing that could be worked on was the taste of the food.. maybe next year just add more flavour in it and it can be cooked better, but having so different types of food, you can always find something to eat!

The manager gave us amazing apartment , exactly as the one in the pictures I booked, it was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed! The pool was cleaned every single day, which is very important for us as I am with a child. The all inclusive bar staff was very friendly and polite! We had everything from soft drinks to different kinds of alcohol for free! And of course there was one more bar, which was paid for the guests who prefer more expensive alcohol! There was plenty and different kinds of food!

I paid 25 leva per day for parking, but the parking spot is not guaranteed. I went out by car to visit the area's attractions, and when I returned I had no place to park, even though the parking spot was paid for the entire stay (the guy at the parking lot asked me for a tip to reserve a spot)

The location is chic, clean, friendly staff. The beach is very close (fine sand and clean water), and the hotel pool is ok.

The pool bar was not inclusive and the staff our rude and disrespectful and bed sheet and towels was aged and towel change if you lucky and sheets only after 10 days reception said if I wanted better I should of stayed at a 5 star and should of read the reviews

Food was awful my daughter spent the holiday in the toilet and we ended up buying food from outside as everything was bad quality and had gone off, They must not have fridges to store the food. I know is not 5 star hotel but no matter the stars of a hotel you can't compromise with people's helth and give them food poisoning while they are on holiday.

Location is great ,the room was nice with a balcony if you are staying at this hotel just get the room NO ALL INCLOUSIVE
