No parking at the location (we already knew that). But they will find parking nearby for you at a cost (we payed 20 BGN per day). - Bathroom had a nasty smell of sewage. - As mentioned above, they could clean the rooms a bit better. - Pool was too small for a fully booked hotel. No chance to find seat unless you come very early. Food at the pool was not good.

Hotel was nice, renovated a couple of years ago. Looks just like in the photos. - Staff was super nice. - Rooms were clean but a bit of improvement can be made. - Food was good. Plenty of choices but a bit repetitive if you stay for a longer period.

The cleaners didn’t clean the room every day. The pool after a rain was dirty and nobody cleaned for 4 days. The lounges was all the time occupied with towels by people who even wasn’t there they were gone for hours

The pool area is not enough for all the guests.We tried to use the pool for couple of days but the people were occupiting in the morning the sunbeds and we couldn't even had the chance to access the pool, very very dissapointing!!! For a 4 star hotel it's unexeptable to not have parking, the only option is to pay 20lv. and there is not always available parking slot. The breakfast can have improvement.

The interior is very nice, the room is modern and spacious, very comfortable beds, very clean and pleasant!!!

The wifi signal is still weak in some areas. Parking is not included, and by parking I mean it's just the side of the main road with a sign in the window. It's not a dedicated parking lot with CCTV in case something happens, also being on the side of the road there is no security. These two things would have been appreciated to have given the fact that we had to pay and no receipt was given to mention "parking".

We were on vacation from the 26th of June until the 1st of July. This being our second stay we knew what to expect, warm staff, good food, and clean rooms.

It is hard to reach the beach even if it is a bus with this puropose. Also, our car got taken away even if we payed for parking and the reception looked like it didn’t care even if we payed them.

I must to park my car in other location and pay 20 leva/day as the hotel parking lot was full. The beach 20 mn from hotel. Transport each hour from 9h00 to 16h20. Very poor choice of drinks and poor quality.

They put our rooms close together as we asked for. Beautiful view. Good and comfy beds.

It was a bit of a hike to the beach and the shuttle bus was crowded.

Hotel and pool were kept very clean. It is a family orientated hotel and they looked after us well. The food was good and plentiful, there was plenty of fresh veg to counteract the fried nature of the cooked food.

Staffs are not really happy, not all but most of the time. They probably don't like the job? No idea.

I like the thing that is ALL-INCLUISVE and you can enjoy the all inclusive at a reasonable price.

The room was clean, very sunny, AC worked, and the meals were good. The staff changed the towels every day with fresh ones. The hotel has its own mini-bus to drive guests to the beach and back at predefined hours, as the distance to the beach is long. Clean swimming pool with its own lifeguard and entertaining activities.

It's pretty far from the beach, not a 450 m distance. They didn't change the bed sheets in 3 days, and also we had to ask for new towels.

The floor in the room needs a carpet. A few TV channels. No qualitative drinks. No parking places available at the property. We were forced to park nearby for 15 leva/day. Too expensive.

Most of the food was good. The housekeeping did a good job. The waiter personnel very responsive. Big like for entertainers! Parapapa! I appreciate the service of bartender Nely.

All-inclusive offers can often provide more food than you need and keep you from visiting the surroundings. Too few chaise-longs at the pool.

Free drinks at the hotel bar and pool bar at any time. You can eat on the terrace. The right distance from the beach and local shops so that it's quieter.
