It was the last day when hotel & restaurant have been working this season. So it was very romantic. The waiter at the hotel was very polite and gallant. We visited a wonderful thermal aqua complex. So everything was great.

More options for breakfast, especially more into dietary requirements. The main hotel is lovely but compared to the new apartment block, it feels like there is now a large difference in comfort and quality.

the staff are lovely and very helpful, very quite area and didn’t hear much noise once in the rooms. Beds very comfy and there was a good amount of sun loungers for everyone at the hotel. Loved the birds!

Abandoned, small and dirty gym. There are no heavier dumbbells.

You need to check what happens to the hot water because there were some nights when the water was only slightly warm.

The pool is great, and you're only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Everything was easy and accessible, staff were quite helpful.

There were some problems with the bathroom, but nothing serious. Even though the smoking is forbidden in the rooms since a while, the smell is still present in the room. At least it was in ours. The coffee from the breakfast was average at best. As I said below, the staff was polite and helpful, but I could see them very tired in the evening and not so happy to help anymore. I don't know the legislation in Bulgaria, but I think the employees were working too many hours.

Big room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very nice pool, not too crowded. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to a shop. The staff was polite and very helpful. The air conditioning in the room was the best one that I encountered in a hotel room: zero level of noise, zero draft, but very efficient in keeping the temperature that we wanted.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I would have appreciated more variety in the options, as I found myself getting bored of the same old things every day. Small pizza slices were surprisingly satisfying.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the person on reception. They were always quick to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed, including booking a taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff came every day to make sure it was tidy and fresh.

Our bathtub and toilet were leaking. We complained to the receptionist. They sent a plumber but he didn’t do anything. We were also told that other rooms had the same problem. It didn’t bother us but we were afraid that the water would leak downstairs. If they didn’t bother fixing it, it is their problem.

This hotel is located in an excellent area. There is only 5 minutes walk to the public free beach. There is an excellent swimming pool. We took half board. It was enough- plenty of food choices in the buffet in the morning and evening.

While the hotel is a short walk to the beach, it is situated on a busy street. It got quite loud both nights that we stayed there with what seemed to be a nightclub in close proximity. It's a very small thing, but I did not like that there was no coffee or tea available in the rooms. 2 coffee capsules were included as a courtesy upon arrival, but beyond that we had to purchase coffee capsules at reception. It's not about the expense (which was very small) but I think for a four star hotel, coffee and tea being available as a courtesy throughout the whole stay is pretty standard.

We really enjoyed the studios/family suites, which were quite large and very new and comfortable. Also I was impressed by the restaurant's staff, who were all very attentive and professional. The food at the restaurant was quite decent and there was some very nice Bulgarian wine for purchase, so we enjoyed our meals there.

( We traveled late april, 1st may. ) They could have opened the inside pool; The breakfast and dinner were ok, but could be better - same food every day with small exceptions. We took breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch is a la carte with only 2 options...and those not always available.

The size of the room; The windows, the view - it was quiet; in the morning you could hear the birds chirping; Parking available; Quiet hotel; Lovely area, fast reach to the beach; Supermarket near hotel, lidl is there too; 15 min to Botanical garden; Cool staff - always smiling - i dont.t know if they were smiling at my kid but i felt like they were sincere smiling.
