The only lets say down side its that its up the hill (amazing view) but on the way to hotel its a bit of uphill walking but it compensates with the view. As a recomandation for breakfast put some yogurts and for dinner some dishes also for ppl who dont ate meat so much 😊😊

Great hotel with a stunning view, friendly staff, good breakfast and extremely comfy beds. The view is 10/10 and absolutely worth the walk and the stairs from the beach toward the hotel - not that long and exhausting at all. We stayed there for 5 days and had a different breakfast every day, left absolutely satisfied with everything!

I wouldn't necessarily say that I didn't like it, but it's worth noting that access to the parking lot behind the hotel (monitored by CCTV) is not easy for drivers with little experience.

Enchanting view from the room's terrace, overlooking the sea and Sveti Vlas resort. However, the nearby resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar are also clearly visible. The food at breakfast and dinner is plentiful. Even though you cannot order a specific type of food for dinner, I recommend half-board services. The food served at dinner was very well cooked and was not repeated during the 6 days we stayed there. The price-quality ratio is very good. Although the hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the beach, I don't think this is an impediment for those looking for a quiet, clean hotel with great views. Congratulations to the staff who maintain the hotel. I hope to return someday.

I would add a minimum of items to the room, such as a knife for watermelon or melon, a few plates and cups. Although all this was kindly provided to us by the staff, there is not always a desire to ask for it) What I really didn't like was the very small bathroom. I understand that it is impossible to fix this in this particular building.

Very friendly host, we were checked in late at night, for which we are very grateful. Nice atmosphere at breakfast, although it is difficult to call it royal. We were lucky to have a large terrace with a sea view, this is probably the best thing about this hotel. Overall, it is quite good for a vacation.

I don't like the room this time.Why? Because i book two rooms, one for some friends and for me, more expensive. Even it cost more, my room was the same as dimensions and placement like the other one, a little more cheaper. So... i don't know why charge me more for teh same room type or....... that room is not supose to be mine.

I know the hotel very well, because i come here from 2 years now. I like it because is in a quite zone, good services and clean rooms.Breakfast is ok.

The distance to the beach, it takes about 15-20 minutes one way, but it can also be an advantage if you want to burn some calories 😊 for us as adults this was not an issue.

The hotel is on a quiet street, very cozy and peaceful. The rooms are clean. The balcony with its view is super relaxing. The food is not great, but acceptable if you are not very picky (do not forget about the quality-price ratio 😊). All in all, I would definitely come back anytime or gladly recommend it to a friend.

When opening the bathroom door, it hits the water heater and doesn't open completely

GREAT value for money! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We brought a cat - no issues with that. The food was tasty and well prepared and there were always a few options to choose from. The hotel is up a hill so it's in a quiet area but at the same time just a few minutes away from the central part of St. Vlas (and about 20 minutes away from the beach). The view from the balcony was wonderful - it was a pleasure spending time there. Overall we're very happy with our experience. We recommend it and would definitely visit again if we go back to St. Vlas.

The only thing was the location, but we cannot really say that is a minus, it’s just the location, but I know for certain people it could matter, so just pointing it out.

The hotel is really very nice, new and well maintained. It's situated on a hill, at a walking distance from the central parts of Sveti Vlas. Our room (although not the originally booked one) was spacious with a splendid view to the sea, Sunny Beach, Nessebar, i.e. to the whole Coast. The bathroom was very well equipped.The beds were comfy. There was a terrace on which we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day. We availed of a free parking lot behind the hotel (the access to it was a child's game to very experienced drivers. However, it would be a great "adventure" to the rest). We definitely liked our stay at the Sea View Hills Hotel and most probably we shall come back in future. Guys, thank you for your hospitality! :)

Breakfast should be more diversificated, with more products/choices.

Good location, it wasn't first time when i stay here, so was no surprises for me. Quit place, quiet/good neighbourhood, parking. Very nice view: you can view all town and even next town, Nessebar, if you have room with seaview. Big balcony, with table, chairs and even a cradle.

It's not a reproach, just a suggestion, the beautiful view from the balcony can be enhanced with more confortable chairs(ex: wood/aluminium) with matreess and glass/wood table, in the design line of the apartments.

Superb location, view was tremenduos over the entire town, sea and Sunny Beach. Location very clean, good design, parking spaces available free outside/inside. Special credit to the receptionist, very nice guy which offered me the best room for the panoramic view, very kind, understanding(late checkout), thank you. Will definetely return there soon.
