RomaniaFood.They advertised them as a sea restaurant. Food was bad. I've asked for a 2 person room (pair)they give us separate beds. Bathroom...was looking like after second world war. I don't know from where and how they can be advertised as a 4 ⭐ hotel..spa. Waiting at the desk together with some other tourist in the queue the lady gladly tooking over the Bulgarian people first jumping many times the queue.!!?? In my 4 day stay they never clean the room ..only the rubish bin. Never changed the bed . Problems with opening the room door.Wainting 5 minutes every time. Talking at the reception nobody was gladly to sort the problem. As I heard some people complaining about the room not beeing clean.The manager told them ..if they don't like it they can go somewhere else....

BulgariaAs I said, I really liked the fact that it was near the beach but the location in general isn't good for young people as we like to party and have fun, its quite far away from most nightclubs, beach bars and the city centre. I said the pool was good, but I thought it would be bigger. As mentioned above, the bathroom was clean, tidy, and nice-looking. Unlike the bathroom, the bedroom wasn't that clean, we had only 1 socket to charge a phone as the room is for 2 and it's expected to have 2 power sockets at least. We had to unplug the tv to charge the batteries of our smartphones at the same time.
I did like the fact that it was near the beach, but the private beach wasn't impressive at all. Still good, tho. The food in the all-inclusive restaurant was delicious! The pool was good. The shower room was good-looking and clean And, of course, the balcony had an amazing view 😍 We did like the staff, friendly and kind looking people.

The food was terrible, my mother got sick. The cheapest ingridients were used, the breakfast foods were reused for the dinner, the cheapest white bread, no variety. Very poor food. The only positive is the sea.

RomaniaIn the application, the hotel is presented as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it looks like a 3-star hotel. On the landings of each floor, planters with unkempt flowers that yearned for a little water. In the restaurant the situation is even more critical, old furniture, tables not covered with clean aprons or tablecloths. Table legs with a lot of rust, loose chairs a danger for both children and adults. The service is like self-service with food of poor nutritional quality and not diversified. At intervals of 2 days they repeated the menu. Without natural juices as offered at a 4-star hotel, the coffee was actually only nesscaffe. I will not come to this location again.

Hotel was nice little bit old but for many what we paid was fair price. Owner looks like Bud Spencer and was very sympathy and his beautiful wife was very nice to people. She always smile. I would definitely go again. Food was ok not excellent but we always found something what we liked. Cleaners seemed sometimes little bit confused but always cleaned room and change bed sheets. Only once forgot to put toilet paper. Waiters and receptionists were excellent always helpful.

United KingdomAwful facilities, old, dirty, not working. The photos and information are clearly lying. The ship is not functioning. Half of the hotel is not functioning or in a state more suitable for a war zone hotel. Dirty rooms, old furniture, unexperienced, not interested and annoyed staff. It was the worst experience I had in a long time. The price is not comparable to the services we received. The food would have been a perfect match for a truck stop alongside the highway but not for a 1st line sea resort with 4 stars (the actual stars should be 2). The spa is a sad image of what it was in the past. Won't recommend to my worst enemy.
The only good thing about the whole experience was the location.

RussiaWe really liked the location of the hotel. The combination of SPA and access to the sea is perfect. An excellent massage service by Ivan Nedyalkov was provided - we recommend! Caring Olga in the SPA center - thank you! All staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is not pretentious, but almost homely.

Bulgariafood was cheaper than the cheapest you can buy in the cheapest shop. same everyday, but mostly cheap and not tasty at all. I am from Bulgaria and I can tell you this is not how Bulgarian food tastes. but it’s not just the taste, it’s the quality of the food ingredients. I’m feeling bad for all the foreigners that visit this hotel and think they are having Bulgarian food.
