Annoying that none of the beds were doubles. All were singles pushed together. Grass around the swimming pool turns to mud and dirty feet.

Great 3-bed apartment. Lots of space, big balcony, 2 toilets. With 2 kids in the sofa-bed, it could fit 8 people, so good value for money. Good quality restaurant, reasonably-priced and cosy. Shop on-site for drinks and cigs.

- The pool was not available after 19-00 - The shop in the complex has really crazy prices, so if you need something, it's better to go shopping somewhere else.

-Good location, aside from the Primorsko hustle, not far from the sea; - Availability of the needed kitchen utensils ( pots, pan, cutting board etc), - The nice area around the pool; - Available parking space - The overall level of cleanliness

The maids were extremely incompetent. They cleaned the room only 2 times of all 8 days we were there. They didnt know a single english word, Every time they left the new toilet paper in front of the OUTSIDE door on the floor. They could've just open the door for 1 second and put it on the shelf inside if they are so lazy to do something else (as they obvously were). But no, it was easier to just throw it outside as we were some kind of beggars... Minus 10 out of 10 for those incompetent maids.

- we were placed in a different room as the one we have booked; - the appliances were missing from the room we have booked : laundry washing machine; oven; the refrigerator is half the one in the pictures from the room; - the lady that did the cleaning was coming only after 13.00/14.00; - the balconies were dirty; - the mosquito net from the balconies were falling apart; the supports were damaged; - the window from the bathroom was opening just a bit 5 cm tops / in front of it was the electric boiler; - loud music from another hotel near us ; - the pool was surrounded by grass / pretty hard to go in & out .

The TV wasn’t working but not big deal as we have no time for TV anyway.

Nice and tidy place with awesome location. Very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not tried the food at restaurant but the menu looked good. Good to spend time with the family. The best thing about this place is its pet friendly, our dog liked it as well.

The biggest disappointment was a small bathroom without a real shower cabin (no shelves, hangers), apart of that: - very loud neighborhood in the evenings (parties in hotels with kids camps) - a cleaning quality and hours (9-10 PM) - the bottom of the pool was damaged so that you might hurt your feet (we fished out ~300 pieces of small glaze tiles) - parking places next to the building are not available you need to use a big parking which is very dusty - high prices in the hotel's shop ;)

Generally speaking, we found it close to our expectations. What we did like: - spacey apartment - good location (5 min walk to the beach) - green area around the hotel - a quite good hotel restaurant & shop - swimming pool with free sunbeds

Big and clean apartments close to the sea

The price is too high for what’s being offered. The TV doesn’t work - there’s no sound, only one channel has sound. The fridge is smaller than the one in the photos. The coffee is just coloured water. There are children singing and talking on a mic, and playing loud music nearby and there’s an echo. They’re knocking on the door 1h before check-out time.

We liked the football field where we could play with our dog, he enjoyed running there. Everything else was ok, nothing special.

I would like to thank the hotel staff. They are such hard workers-they clean and wash things all day long. It is so nice to come back to clean rooms. Especially huge thanks to those two girls who cleaned for us, very nice, neat and friendly girls. Everything we asked for was done on time, thank you for your understanding and we will definitely come back next year.

Not clean enough, there were clothes, toys and garbage underneath the tv console left from previous owners (speaks for itself how long the staff hasn’t cleaned up properly the place). The clothes drying rack was super old and rusty beyond repair, the tv wasn’t working at all. No wifi opposed to the description on the site. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped. The pricing for a staying pet here on booking was incorrect and we were asked to pay more when checking in. The rooms were cleaned at a very inconvenient time (between 12-3pm) even though the guests were mainly families with children who are normally asleep around that time. Initially I ignored most inconveniences but there were more and more coming up so I provided some feedback at reception. The staff was helpful and nice, most things were fixed the next day. But the apartment was never properly cleaned up. And then there was more: we woke up on the second day with no electricity (just our apartment) and it stayed that way for at least a few hours. I had to throw away all baby food that I prepared beforehand as the fridge wasn’t working anymore. I had rented a second apartment for my brother’s family arriving the next day and even though I specifically asked for it to be checked and cleaned it wasn’t. When they arrived there was sand on the couch and the floor in the living room was dirty. Three days before we left the washing machine shorted out while working which resulted in another hour or so with no electricity at night (as well as some fireworks in the living room). The staff really tried hard to fix it asap and I could tell they were worried and felt bad. We were promised to get the machine fixed by the morning but never heard from anyone, not that it mattered anymore 😀 and then the next night the whole hotel was cut out and had no electricity, obviously this time it wasn’t just our apartment but the whole hotel network.

Liked the location, pool & backyard, pets were allowed, it’s a family place, quiet area, spacious apartment, always available parking lot next to the hotel - all pros.

- apartment is far away from city centre (cca 30 - 40 minutes walk) - better is for people with car, or you need to use taxi (12 leva) - in surrounding are only two small shops with 30 types of Milka chocolate, but not with a lot of possibilities to buy normal food - If you think that you will be in quiet location very far away from typical noisy summer destination, its not true, because in front of apartment is big children summer camp with evening disco til 22.00 - those things are bad, but owner cant change it, but those things can improve: 1, in apartment for 4 people were not kitchenware - dishes for that amount of people. Apartment with possibility of cook must be equipped with more things for cooking (pots... - there were just one and small) - not good equipped kitchen 2, bathroom - typical bulgarian bathroom without shower place, there ist just shower in middle of bathroom and outgoing of watter is near toilet in oposite side of shower, it means - after shower you have watter everywhere and you also showered all toilett, and there is not any swab, cleaning rag, spattle or somethig with which you can clean bathroom or to put watter quicklier to outgoing - bathroom was always full of watter 3, in apartment is no equippment for cleaning like birch, dustpan ... - you dont have possibility to clean sand after coming from beach 4, by the swimming pool is missing shower - you dont have possibility to shower before going to the watter and when you have sand somewhere, you are going to pool with this 5, swimming pool ist quiet deep - around 140 cm 6, always not enough toilett paper, you need to ask from cleaning lady almost each day (and I didnt understand why cleaning lady took rest of toilett paper from bathroom away, when she put there new one)

I didn’t like that our room didn’t have a furnace even though they had one in the pictures but staff was helpful and kind enough to immediately resolve the issue.

The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. Beach is just short of 5 minutes by foot. The parking was spacious and a spot could be found anytime of the day. The apartments are surrounded by nature which i found incredibly peaceful. Restaurant which is located in the building offers a wide range of dishes at affordable prices and is an excellent dining spot.

The apartments are spacious, clean, and modern. There is a full kitchen, but no microwave. The rooms are big. Each room has an AC. The staff is very friendly. The gentleman working at the front desk is really nice and arranged for us to get a small pot so we can heat up milk for our babies. The location is quiet. There is on-site free parking. They only provide hand soap, no other bathroom amenities, which is not a big deal but would be nice to have. You can walk to the beach, which is very convenient. We traveled with young children (1-4 years old), so when the waves were big we had to go to Perla Beach which is only a few miles away. Very large balcony with furniture, which we enjoyed using.

The reception did made a copy of our ID's without asking to do that. When I have complained that it was against our rights to make copies of our ID's without our permission,they did retained the copies until I went and asked the copies.to be returned to me! About the staying and the apartments: The sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable for two persons to sleep. The apparent was too small for four persons. There were no mosquito nets on all the windows as noted on the description. Our beddings were not changed at all-for a staying of six nights!!! Extremely disappointed! I would not recommend at anybody to stay in the same apartment! The toilet was broken and covered with dirt. The restroom was so small that the heater in the restroom was covering the space in front of the mirror and the sink!!!

Payed for 3 bedroom apartment, only two bedrooms were prepared. When asked for the 3rd they only brought a set of sheets... didn't made the beds.
