The bed wasn’t comfortable, we had big bed with single duvets which for me was not what I expected, the pool area it’s nice but when the kids were there it’s very loud and it’s not like a spa it’s like swimming pool I think it’s has to be a warning for the noice and respect the others it wasn’t relaxing we had to go outside because was very loud I don’t think will go again if there are any kids without control sorry

The SPA was great, but too noisy for my taste, because some of the guests were speaking loudly on their phones and were using their loudspeakers, even though there were a lot of signs asking them to keep quiet and not use their phones. This is definitely not the staff's fault, but my suggestion would be to have someone from the staff to keep an eye for rule breaking in the SPA zone. Also, please take down the creepy clown picture from the stairwell to the SPA, it's not relaxing at all 😁

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The restaurant was big enough so that even though there were a lot of guests, we were always able to find a table. The free parking is also always a plus.

I had read many good reviews online and I guess my expectations were a bit too high, based on other people's opinion and the price we paid. Nothing was wrong but everything was just "good/okay". I think the swimming pools need a bit of TLC. Also, I'd expect more meal options in the buffet, shampoo, shower gels and body lotions in the rooms (not just 2 in 1 shampoo + shower gel), better quality towels and nice slippers for the SPA rather than DIY paper-like flip flops. Of course, this is just me comparing it to other spa hotels that I've stayed at, within the same price range. In general, none of the details mentioned above affected our stay and we had a nice and relaxing time there. The cleaning team are superb - very quick and efficient.

The parking of the hotel was full so we had to park our car outside of the hotel.

The staff of hotel was very nice and helpful especially the man on the reception. The food in the restaurant was delicious ( traditional Bulgarian food). I recommend to book breakfast and dinner together it's totally worth it . The hotel provides towels, bathrobes and slippers. There was a huge diversity of relaxing choices( sauna , steam room ,ice room ,pools etc .). The room was fine with a small balcony and view to the mountains.

One of the elevators was out of order, leaving just one to be used by all guests of the hotel, which was a bit annoying. Also, the parking is a tad small but the staff does as much as they can to help with parking your car in a good spot. One night the security guard lead us to the back of the hotel so we could park comfortably.

The aquatonic pool is very good. The managers should have higher requirements for the guests using the pool to maintain the necessary comfort for the safety of all guests.

The staff was really welcoming and helpful. The facilities are well-maintained and they offer a plenty of services. The hotel is close to the famous lake “Kleptuza” and the green park nearby.

The hotel is not far from the center of Velingrad, has a good parking There is a natural source of tasty water at the hotel entrance, so you don’t need to buy water at all…😉 We traveled around every day and relaxing in SPA in the evening , it’s open till 22:00 Breakfast is regular-good Very clean

The rooms have thin walls, we could hear our neighbours TV all the time even at 2 am. Some parts of the pools (the water massage buttons) didn't work at the time of our stay as well as i feel the cap and shower before using the pools policy isn't strict enough and ruins the cleanliness a bit. Considering its a 4 star hotel, there really should be more amenities in the bathroom, not only a soap dispenser.

Good location, right next to train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice in all facilities of the hotel. They even packed us breakfast because we had to leave earlier than we had it included, which is very thoughtful and made a good impression. Overall, nice hotel, prices are much better than a lot of other hotels for what you get. I can recommend this for a relaxing weekend.

The pool bar prices are higher than the restaurant

The hotel is great. It has two indoor pools and one small on the outside. The water is warm and suitable for small children. The spa offers a lot of different things to explore. Very tasty food in the restaurant for a good price. Highly recommended for families. On Saturday night they even offered children animation. Room was clean and maintened every day. The view from our room was great. I'm very happy with my stay here.

We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

The main disappointment is the working hours of the pools. They closes the spa and the pools at 8pm. We had a late check-in and hoped to sit in a warm water outdoors to enjoy winter evening but we missed it.

The hotel has an outdoor pool opened at winter season and two indoor pools with lots of spa facilities. The outdoor winter pool was the key point for us and that was great. The hotel provided bathrobes for all guests including kids so it is possible to change in your room and go to the spa and pools area directly. We enjoyed saunas and relaxing room very much (it was a bit overcrowded in a middle of a day).

Several minor things could be done on the site. Things like finishing touches in the bathroom and corridor carpet renewal will be well appreciated.

The staff were very helpful and kind. They did everything they could to assist us with whatever we came up with. All desires were covered which made my day honestly. I liked the fact that the spa center was clean and tidy. The safeguard's approach was well appreciated from my side. All the meals, drinks and beverages were well planned and we were more than satisfied with them. The indoor parking lot was a highlight.

Indoor and outdoor pools were not cleaned well. I asked people in reception, on SPAA reception and anyone did not know how often the water in pools is changed.

Breakfast was almost the same every day. Fruits were very not fresh, yesterday's and a day before yesterday fruits were served. I did not take them, because they look very bad. And not sure that they were cleaned well.

The outdoor pool was not cleaned from flies and leaves very often. The water was with perfect temperature, but if the dirty things were cleaned more often it would have been perfect.

Nice and clean indoor pools with warm mineral water. Nice outdoor pool. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a nice variety of meals for breakfast.

Although the restaurant is beautiful, the food was not the best. Our package included breakfast only, which turned out to be for the better. The breakfast included a variety of dishes but many of the ingredients were inexpensive and poor quality; the fruit were not well washed. Overall, we did not stay hungry but I am glad we did not have the all inclusive option. Upon arrival we decided to have lunch there. The chicken soup had a few pieces of chicken skins and bones in it; the beef dish had mostly fat and very little meat; the cold soup ( tarator) was tasteless. We decided to have lunch and dinner elsewhere the rest of our stay. Although the hotel was wonderful, I would not recommend the restaurant at all.

The hotel is beautiful and clean; the rooms are spacious; the spa is amazing and we spent a lot of time there.
