I didn't like that it was a bit cold in the restaurant, and maybe that is it.

There were a lot of parking spots around the hotel; we were there around 9pm and they let us pick our dinner before they picked the buffet up. The food itself was the best buffet food I have ever tasted, really delicious. The SPA was clean and spacious, the rooms were a bit bigger than expected.

I am a writer who was hoping to rest and write there. I found it very difficult to escape the boom boom pop music which was everywhere, and often loud. If you need rest and quiet and don't particularly like this kind of music, you were out of luck. Speakers were everywhere. I stayed in my room for peace. There was also construction across the street. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it was not easy to find nature and peace with all of this. I wish I had known that this setting was not about peace. Suggestion would be to establish some outdoor quiet / nature zones. This would have helped a lot.

Lovely welcoming help at the front desk. Staff helped me select spa treatments for my condition and were generally warm and helpful. There was a nice balcony overlooking forest where you could hear crickets. Rooms were big.

It wasn't explicitly written anywhere how hot the outdoor pool is, so we were under the impression that it is hotter than it was. It was maybe 30 degrees, so it was ok for swimming, but definitely not for staying there for a while. We used the jacuzzi instead, but there were some periods in time when it would get too crowded.

The best part was that we could take our dog with us. There were places around to take it for a walk. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was really good. From the SPA services, we only used the outdoor hot jacuzzi, but we were happy with it. The room was clean, so overall it was good value. It was close to Bansko.

The rooms is needed to clean up every day. Was taken just the garbage, never was changed the tovels.The shower drain was clogged,and remained the same even after asking to fix it.

Location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is good. The pool is Great! Personnel is good.

The lack of a free shuttle to the local town, no gift shop, and a lack of tourist related literature in English.

Room was not cleaned regularly. Towels were with holes. No toiletries in the bathroom,only soap and shower gel. Practically impossible to use the bath tub as shower gel too far away.

The hotel didn’t have any music around the pool which made the atmosphere quite stale but we played our own music and they didn’t complain which was nice. The hotel also warned that no dogs were aloud in the pool but at times a dog entered the pool which I feel is unhygienic. Also you are not aloud guns or dogs the sign says they are forbidden 😂

The hotel was in the mountains and very picturesque. The hotel itself was a little dated but it was clean and tidy and the staff were on hand at all times to help with any needs. The food was nice and they had a good selection of beers and soft drinks available.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and shifted constantly. Lack of information provided at reception. Facilities: - pool way too small and cold. - SPA facilities non-existent. All in all, thank god we found out that we had free access to the SPA of the hotel next door to save our stay.

Didn't like the food, there was plenty of it but it was cheap. My wife had upset stomach after she had a soup. Walls were pretty thin, we could hear the neighbors. Coffee in the restaurant was terible. The salt room required extra payment. There is a bar at the outdoor pool, but nobody was there to serve drinks. Water in the pool wasn't hot enough, maybe 30 C. Bathrobes were very thin.

The place was clean, staff was polite.
