Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was a joke. The shower doesn't have a proper sink, and the bathroom was flooded all the time.
The spa and the breakfast are great. Verry closed to the gondola lift.

The hotel parking is not free and cost around 10 euro per night. They provide you with maximum two keys for your room and if you lose it or forget in the room, they wouldn't give you another one.
The hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Very nice lobby with a fireplace which makes you warm and calm.

Location was perfect, close to gondola, ski hire shop and the main strip. The Breakfast was amazing, i had freshly made omelette every morning, plus plenty of other choices

I think for the price paid, the parking should have been included, considering it is in an open field next to the hotel and with plenty of space.
Very polite and friendly staff. They accommodated our request for room change as well as a request to have breakfast before serving commenced in order to make it for ski lesson.

Out door jacuzzi was not warm enough in the evening to be outside. showers could be improved

The main bar/lounge area is nicely done but too much ceiling lighting and too bright. There are unused lamps around which would be lovely for more ambient atmosphere for a drink and relax. The breakfast area would benefit from a coffee machine and real juice bar rather than having to ask staff for your drink. That said - there are loads of staff around to ask.

The main bed is excellent, but the sofa is terrible, unstable and creaky.
The hotel is in the center, in the best location for skiing. The rooms are large, the main bed is excellent. The food is good, the staff is friendly.

1) It will be super useful for all guests, if hotel can sell VIP ski passes, as do it for example Premier or Kempinsky , these ski-passes profided fast line acces to Gondola lift. 2) The service on the breakfast wasn't good because waiters have to bring juices and drink each guests and they just don't have time to do it, especially when it's crowded. To my mind self-service for main drinks is more prefarable.
The location is the best. It's realy ski-in, ski-out and very close to all attractions. THe SPA is also good. I can't said nothing bad about quality of breakfast, all dished were tasty. The evening restaraunt Lazzet remained good memories.

Only thing that comes to mind is that at breakfast either we got asked considerably late whether we wanted coffee or not, or nobody asked us at all 🙂
We liked everything about our stay with you. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the spa is great! Also the Lezzet restaurant was really good! Very polite front desk, we would visit again 🙂

This is the fourth time I stayed in this hotel. But this time they change everything . The food is not good and when you go to restaurant they give you menu and you order . Not like before when I was stayed you can eat anything you want like buffet. Drink water free .but now one bottle water 13 lv ( 6€)I think in Paris or London I bought water maybe 2£ or 3€ … very expensive.
The location is very good and absolutely near lift .

Too pricey but the spa, elevators and air conditioning are bit outdated. Regardless of the high room prices guests still need to pay for parking which is just a field beside the hotel.
