Bed was uncomfortable. The bedding was too small for the bed. Pillows were awful and we didn’t sleep well. I specifically asked the staff to ensure they prepare for two guests but we still only had one towel there. The AC didn’t work very well and sometimes the bedroom would remain cold.

The room is a bit dark, and there is not enough light. The kitchen tools are insufficient, and the bathroom is not comfortable. Pay attention to the pricing on Booking. There are different rooms in the pictures. Don't be fooled that you got the cheap room by looking at the picture. Otherwise, you can find better places for the money you will spend.

The location is very good. Shopping centers, universities, metros, and bus stations are very close. There is free parking on the streets.

Water didn’t work on our first night due to no fault of the property owner however did dampen the mood after a long day of traveling. Could do with extra pillows. And we were only left with half a toilet roll for a 3 day stay however I’m sure we would be provided with more if needed.

Property was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and in a good location in terms of transportation.

The accommodation was comfortable overall, but one area that could use improvement is the furniture. It appeared quite dated and showed signs of heavy wear and tear, indicating it could benefit from an upgrade.

Neighbors or previous guests probably smoke(d), which you can smell when you use the vents in the bathroom. Luckily its not noticeable in the living area at all.

Had a nice stay in one of the studio's. Very clean and looked like shown in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Sofia.

There is no 24-hour reception, so depending on your time of arrival, it might not be suitable. Also the bed was kind of small (80 cm width). It was OK for me, but keep that in mind if you're a big person.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is nice, there are tram and bus stations right next to the building. Unlike other rooms/hotels in the area, this one was really quiet.

The horrible stagnant smell from the hallway, the room was also a bit stinky. Please have in mind to let fresh air in all the facilities

The presure of the water in the shower almost made me forget about all the bad smell

Bath tub operation needs instruction manual. We couldn't turn on the TV. Either the remote was not set correctly or batteries were depleted.

Small room & bathroom didn’t have any shelves or hooks to place stuff or hang towels. Room floors were dusty & dirty, didn’t seem to have been cleaned recently. Room was dusty. No view. Bed was soft & not comfortable. No sitting area. You feel you’re in a cage. Don’t recommend if you have a lot of luggage. Free parking is street parking only. Check in by 8:00 pm only otherwise a surcharge.

Good for one night stay before flying out of Sofia airport. Location is Ok but not near center, good for airport. Good wifi. Shared fridge.

I was with a car, true there are a lot of parking slots, however it would be nice if there is a parking secured.

It was very clean, it was smelly very well. The staff was ver friendly and supportive!

Its a little bit strange that we were charged for late check-in as an 'extra service' but the service was just a phone call with the manager to direct us how to let ourselves in and find the hidden keys... not too much of a problem however.

Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with nice shower. There is a shared kitchen space available which was useful. It isn't close to the city centre but the location was great for us as we just needed to be near the airport. There were not any restaurants open within walking distance as we were there a bit late but it is close to a nice supermarket.
