Wonderful studio with all amenities including a kitchenette with lots of kitchen utensils and basic food items. Nicely furnished, comfortable and great for a short stay. Kind and timely communication with the host. Definitely recommended!

It's a beautiful and comfortable studio and it felt like home after opening of the door. The corner room has plenty of windows and light and good curtains to keep it dark until you sleep. It has all the equipment you need. Good instructions for collection of keys. It seemed to be off-season. So whole building was very quiet and it was easy to find a parking next to main door. Really good place for stay for hiking and skiing.

Very nice and comfortable studio, in a convenient location just at the entrance of Borovets. The room had plenty of space and was very well furnished. It was clean and well equipped which made our stay a pleasure.

Everything was fine

Good location surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, especially during the night. It was warm, hot water at all times, fair wifi, nice and comfortable beds, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is big. The building facilities have a lobby bar, with entertainment (pool, table tennis, mini football).. We enjoyed our stay there and I recommend this studio.

The studio is very cosy and well-maintained, the cleanliness is high. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even with a coffee machine and free coffee. Nice view from the terrace. Parking lot in front of the hotel. The owner is really nice and receptive. We had clear instructions of the self check-in and check-out. Everything was great for us.

It was a nice and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. We had no parking problems and the apartment was well heated. Consequently, everything was very nice.

Nothing negative really. Only thing worth mentioning is that most of the facilities e.g. restaurant, spa, pool etc. are not working, but ironically this worked in our favour since guests were allowed to consume their own food and drinks in the lobby bar so no complains on my part about this.

Excellently located studio apartment within walking distance from both ski areas in Borovets (7-10 mins to each one). It is in a managed apartment complex, it can easily sleep 4 people, 2 on the bed on 2 on a couch. There is fully equipped kitchen corner, bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. A back entrance provides easy access to the nearest parking lot for luggage handling. There is a lobby bar where it is allowed to bring your own food and drinks and meet your friends for a nice evening chat. There is also kids corner, pool and ping pong tables. Hosts were very informative, helpful and polite.

This place is exactly like in the pictures. Well equped kitchen, clean. The check-in check-out with keybox was great for us, it saved a lot of time. The host is wery kind, they even wanted to clean the room after 2 days of stay. I reccomend this place.

The place is very clean and convenient as it has all necessary equipment. I just stayed for 2 nights but in case you plan a longer state then don't worry as the place has all you need. Additionally the Host is very helpful and responsive in case you would need something or have questions.
