Dissapointed by the food selection because even though the resort is rated 4 stars the restaurant is only 3 stars. I did not see that info on the booking presentation or even on their web site.

Location is amazing with great views to the sea, max 5 min from room to stepping in the sea. Huge pool and separate pool with slides. Very clean everywhere: lobby, restaurant, pool. Daily room cleaning. Big clean rooms and coffee available for early rises like us. Great staff, very friendly always with a smile. Amazing entertaiment team that goes above and beyond to create a great enviroment: games at the pool, on the beach and at footbal field, parties in the evening.

The wifi did not work. You had to keep reconnecting and ask for passwords a few times a day. Although the food was great, for a small toddler it was hard to find something without sauces or more simple for them. The music at the stages was way too loud, especially for the kids.

It was very close to the beach, the pool was nice, good food, nice hotel overall.

The major downside is that the sunbeds and umbrellas are not on the beach but behind a fence, except for a few umbrellas without sunbeds that are placed directly on the beach—the photos of the umbrellas and sunbeds do not reflect the current reality. If I had known this, I might not have booked. The children’s playground is in serious need of renovation. It would also be nice if there were some trees on the hotel grounds.

The hotel’s location is very good—literally on the beach, which is amazing. The staff is mostly Asian, and most of them are extremely friendly and always smiling. The food is tasty and varied. Overall, the hotel offers quite a lot for its price.

The staff is mainly foreign, barely speaks Bulgarian and the staff at the bars seems incompetent when it comes to alcoholic beverages and cocktails.

There’s no evening entertainment in May – it seems to be available only during the peak season. If the weather is bad, the lobby bar gets crowded quickly and there’s often nowhere to sit. More signage is needed to help guests find their way around the property. The restaurant is spacious and offers variety, but the food lacks flavor. The coffee in the restaurant is very poor – only the one at the lobby bar is acceptable. Reception service is slow. Hygiene in the restaurant needs improvement – the glasses are often not properly washed. Overall, the hotel has potential – with better food and coffee, it could be an excellent choice.

The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and all necessary amenities. There’s coffee and a free minibar stocked with water, juice, and beer. Towels are changed daily and the rooms are well-maintained. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, just outside of Obzor, so the beach is literally a few steps away. There is a large free parking area with more than enough spaces. The pool is large, and the sun loungers around the pool and on the beach are free. The pool area and the pool itself are excellent.

Everything was good. I want to thank to Petar that helped us with all the questions, and helped us whith all we needed. Food was really good, plenty of tables and big terrace where you can eat outside , it wasn t crowded, did not miss anything. The pool was clean and the hotel has a sandy large beach. Rooms where clean and spacious. Every day we received towels and room was cleaned.

1. The WI-FI did not work at all, that was quite a big inconveninent unfortunately. 2. Poor quality for drinks

1. Great food - breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of options, we stayed for 3 nights. 2. Very comfortable room - we had a double room with 2 bug beds and free upgrade to sea view. 3. Cleaning each day, minibar available in the room. 4. Clean beach and pool area, with plenty of sunbeads.

The staff was young and not experienced but friendly enough. They might need some training. The rest was ok.

We really liked the food, it has variety and the quality is good. They even have sushi chef. The room was very well designed, the bed was so comfortable, free sunbeds at the beach and free parking. Overall the room exceeded my expectations.

Bad and dirty sea coast but that wasn't something that the hotel could do. Poor quality and variety of the food generally. If you haven't visit any other all inclusive hotels probably you will not have a problem but if you have visit others you can understand how bad the quality of the food is there.

The room was surprisingly big and the pools was the best thing for this hotel.

The room they gave us upon our arrival wasn't cleaned, but we were in no need of the room right away, so we left our bags and went to the pool. The staff at the reception was very kind and made sure that the room was in good condition after we told them. The coffee from the restaurant is horrible, it is instant undrinkable garbage. At least we found something resembling coffee at the lobby and at the pool bar. The soft drinks are also pretty bad. The beach isn't the greatest, the sand had plenty of cigarette butts and plastic caps. Animation is almost entirely missing.

The room we had was big and nice, and after the initial hiccup was clean and comfy. The food was varied and fresh, didn't excel, but we had sufficient choices. The salads and fresh fruit were great, wine and beer are ok. We liked the pool although the water was a bit too cold. The beach is near and we have found free sunbeds every day. All in all is a good value for 2-3 days of gateway. More than that, I'm pretty sure it will get boring.

Resort in the middle between varna and burgas so whenever you plan to visit think about staying there all the time , there is only small town near by called obzor , small nice town , but everthing overpriced I think.

I didn’t like the room, it was very dirty, the mattress had some spots on it like the ones from bed bugs. I was worried that something will bite me during my stay.

We did not like the housekeeping check ups on the room. They refill with water, toilet paper and fresh towels every day, but no coffee was replaced when finished the two welcome sachets. Never hovered the carpet for one week, we really felt was needed. Toilet and bathroom did not seemed to be clean after everyday visit. 😕 Overall it seemed not much cleaning was done in all facilities around the hotel. The drinks machines for water, beer, wine and soft drinks always look filthy and needs daily cleaning. The pool was not cleaned or the pool restaurant.

We loved the specious room, the spa corner with steam and Turkish bath were amazing. So beautiful and relaxing, relatively good price to use as well. The beach was sandy and beautiful. We loved the food in the restaurant and so many options. You won’t get hungry there and most probably put some extra kilos by the end of your trip. There was great variation, tasty salad station with sooo many choices. The meat and fish were delicious. The hotel also looks amazing on the inside, we liked the style and aroma smell they used. Small shop that has most of the things you will need. Pharmacy and city center very accessible. Daily nights with music and dance and the staff on the stage seemed happy and enjoying their job. Most of the workers were also polite, making jokes. We did not get bored of the place for our one week stay. I got an allergy rush from maybe the pool (but not sure about it) and they organized a doctor visit in like 20minutes. They also nicely did not forget my birthday and treat us with Champagne in the room and birthday card! It was a nice gesture! ❤️ Our room was on the garden side and first floor - quiet and close to stairs and not that busy elevator that we could use. Overall we had a great time and we might visit it again!
