Breakfast is between 8-10 am, but the lobby bar opens at 12:00,so between 10-12:00 you can't get any drink, even glass of water. Lobby close at 5 pm and the restaurant opens at 6:30 pm, so you ara facing the same problem as in the morning.

Nice place, good location,very friendly staff. We are very happy with the guy behind the bar / unfortunately don't remember his name /. He was very kind and pleasant, trying to help with everything he could.

Unfortunately the room cleaning seems lacking this year. Never in 5 days added any soap, shower gel, etc. Never. It actually seems nobody entered the room, except replacing one towel. Maybe its a new DONT Touch rule:)) Dont touch the bed, dont touch the floor, etc?? Also a new guy from reception it seems not very polite. Breakfast is good, they added new coffee machines, with real cofee, also a pancake machine. So is improving. The staying is nice, rooms are ok, its good for relaxation. For sure I will come back and maybe make time to report there the small problems.

The dishwasher in our flat didn't work and with kids, I really hoped it will or it would get fixed however it was not the end of the world that it was not fixed The path to the beach although adding character needs some Good update as many of the steps were missing towards the end and it felt unsafe in small parts. However it should be kept as it makes the whole beach experience exciting.

Breakfast was always fresh, with many options their 'banitsa' and yogurt were superb. I stayed for a week, and it didn't feel like we have the same breakfast every day as they were refreshing it slightly every day by adding or removing items to the menu. The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the view was astonishing. No loud music or unpleasant noises from the other rooms. The swimming pool was great, my kids had fun. We preferred the beach however it was still good to have another option. Food from The Pool Bar was excellent, french fries and pizza were made from scratch. The path to the beach with character and charisma.

The service at the restaurant was horrible. Most of the people working there were speaking only Russian - no Bulgarian, no English. We had to wait 45+ minutes for our wine, and more than an hour and a half for a salad. The beef came before the salad. We asked for some water - it didn’t even came.

That there weren't much food options on the property and you have to get to the city center for lunch and then get back there for dinner. The towels weren't changed every day.

A few bugs at night, centipedes we think - can't be helped. Wifi took a few days to get it working on the room, although the staff did let me use the conference room for work. Daily cleaning could have been that bit better.

The view! Some of the staff were exceptional and worked to fix our internet niggle. Restaurant food in the evening was just perfect. Pool bar staff and selection was very good. Some restaurant and reception staff were extremely well trained. The panoramic sea and mountain views from the penthouse suite - exceptional and will never be forgotten. Get up for a sunrise - amazing - we did this a few days and it was well worth it.

There were too few umbrellas around the pool and even though there were not that many guests, it was hard to find an available umbrella; There is absolutely no control of what happens in the pool; children were jumping in the water and playing with a ball in the adult pools even though a sign says that it is not allowed. The beds were a bit hard. It would've been nice to have a mattress topper for example. The TV in the living room was really small (smaller than my computer monitor ;)); The underground parking is quite creepy. I'd suggest to put more lights as well as some sign of indication if a car is coming down or going up (a red light for example) to avoid any accidents; I'd also suggest to have some loungers and umbrellas on the beach for use by the guests. I noticed that other hotels had private beach areas with longers and umbrellas.

The menu from the restaurant can be better and more diverse.

I cannot stress enough how appalling the attitude and all-round customer service from staff were. Both gentlemen at reception treated us as if we had inconvenienced them by staying at hotel. Our welcome started off by being accused of booking incorrectly. Everything was a effort - they were rude, impatient and even saw it appropriate to openly argue and challenge guests in the main lobby. Wish I was making this up - by far thee most horrendous hotel experience I have ever had, merely because of the shocking staff interactions. People who choose to conduct themselves in this manner slander the beauty of Hospitality. Hotel facilities are decent so it is a pity they taint the good in the property. Thankful that we were travelling to celebrate a wedding, otherwise we would have returned home feeling completely depleted.

Room with spacious balcony was a lovely surprise and breakfast with outside tables, overlooking pool was great. Beach also walking distance.

The bathrooms were a bit tired with some rust etc in places, missing plugs. The floor was a bit sandy when we arrived. The spa was closed. The gym was very sparse. Jacuzzi was not working.

Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. The outdoor pool was amazing. Rooms were very good sizes, we had a two bedroom apartment. The beds and sofa in the room were very comfortable. The receptionist was really friendly and he let us use our room early.

The location is not good if you want to go to the Obzor city at night (for dinner), because it is about 30 mins far and the road there is horrible for walking - only road for cars, no side road to walk at. Other way is through the beach but to the beach there is a horrible old wooden path that is all broken - so it is pretty unsafe especially at night coming back to the hotel, then you go on sand about 7 mins and then there is a nice path along the beach. So if you want to get to the beach from the hotel you have to go on a pretty dangerous broken wooden path.

The hotel was nice, our room was cleaned every day, but bed wasn’t really comfortable. Breakfast was nice too, but is only 8-10am. Pool is nice, if you dont really want to go anywhere or have a car to drive to the beach, city etc i would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is very poor, every day the same and not enough for all guests. The room was cleaned from time to time. The hotel is quite away from the town center, not like it is announced about 15-20 actually it takes twice longer (google maps) and you have to go through the beach, there is no alley. The hotel manager, as he presented himself is extremely rude and suggested to walk more quickly. No towels for the swimming pool were given when I asked, he said that the most important thing I have to learn in this hotel is first to PAY, obviously it's up to him if the service will be provided. Such unprofessional behavior, arguing and offending client I've never seen.

The building architecture is beautiful with nice swimming pools, also the room/apartment is spacious.

The restaurant staff is not well prepared when asked about details about the dishes. Most of them are very young boys and girls who are unorganized and you can tell they lack experience in customer service. The dinner menu is extremely limited, the dishes are a hit or miss , the octopus we had was great the rest - not.

First night they give us a dirty room, boiler didn't work and when we called reception they told us to wash the next day and they hang up the phone without any word. The restaurant menu didn't have to much to choose from. We just had one dinner and it was double the price compared to any restaurant from the town. Food is nothing special so we don't recommend it. The hotel rooms are old and rusty so... I don't recommend the gym (no air conditioning in and not to many things to use inside anyway) . WiFi is never working so don't think going there you will have Internet from the hotel :)). Pictures from booking are probably since they build the hotel because is nothing like what you will find.
