Getting around took a bit of getting used to. But our host was very helpful to guide us to the right places.

We liked the walk on the leafy streets from the centre. We enjoyed the Mountain View from our balcony, peaceful and quiet place, with two convenient corner shops very close. Modern but also cozy apartment in a tip-top condition, located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood near the centre. Charming vistas from every window, one can meet the sunrise on the balcony, coffee and tea and chocolates await you in the well aspected open plan living room, many TV channels, sports, news, cult films and classic in many languages. Easy access to the sauna and jacuzzi. Kind and caring staff ready to assist you and respond to any enquiries. Charming and relaxing place. Shops, swimming pools and restaurants all in 10/15 min walk. We shall return.

The spa zone is indeed small, but it is nowhere written in the description that is big or spacious.

Everything was great. The hosts were very nice and helpful, always there, even when we needed information late in the evening. It is good value for money. The place is very well equipped and you have almost everything you need. I recommend it :)

The door to the parking place could be available by keys for the guests. The key of the apartment is hard to slide into the key-way from the outside of the door. The door to the balcony is hard to be opened. No wardrobe. The bedside tables are iron made not well looking and do not fit to the nice interior of the apartment. Replacing them with pair of small bedside cabinets would be a very good improvement of the bedroom.

I like the building, the interior, the bathroom. The cleanliness is at exceptional level. In the kitchenette one has everything to prepare food. The apartment and the building are well maintained. They look new and fresh.

Great place to be in Velingrad. Very cozy, modern and well maintained. The host is super nice and assists with great recommendations for food and walks around. The apartment has it all you would need for your stay, super well equipped. The thermal zone is great for cold days 😎 I totally recommend it.
