Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sauna had a fee if you wanted to use it, although the fact that on booking says it’s included. The breakfast wasn’t really good, but okish. Another problem I had was with the maid because she entered in our room when we weren’t there and left the door opened. We were lucky no one entered the room.
It was pretty clean, very good location and it had parking, which is important because in Veliko is very hard to find a parking space.

Maybe add a tee pot in the room and some instant coffee, as the breakfast opens at 8:00. Limited breakfast selection - for someone on a diet not so easy to choose. The spa room is small - when we tried to go there was a family with 3 kids and practically was "full". Anyway we went there to spend time in nature, so it wasn't so bad.
We booked 3 rooms - one deluxe (larger with town view) which were as expected - large enough for our needs. Confortable beds, two types of pillows (one soft, one hard), Very well situated - near fortress.

Everything was very nice.The hotel is beautiful and very clean in the best place in the city.The rooms are big and the spa is great. Good service, nice breakfast. Parking free. View from the room. We relaxed very well. The nicest hotel!

In the whole area looks like there is a problem with the parking spots. The hotel has both outside and underground parking, which is good. However, the inside parking is a little bit narrow and you need good driving skills to use it. It's great that there is a parking though, as the public parkings are a challenge in this city.
The location is great, central and near the palace and the best restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious. We've loved the bathroom - the relaxing music, the lights and all the amenities were exquisit. We've also enjoyed the spa and sauna. Very good and diverse breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

The hours for the spa is kinda little (till 8pm), we were on the first floor which was a little uncomfortable due to the fact that we had to use the curtains all the time, also some space for the wet clothes/towels will be much appreciated
The room was clean and comfortable. The bet and the pillows were really comfy. The breakfast was good. The location is just perfect - really near the Tsarevets fortress and quite near the center. The staff was very kind and helpful

It was a pleasure being there. And I have to give extra credit for being so responsible, because I forgot my wallet and they found it and kept it safe until someone took back (it was my choice to send someone after it). I'm grateful and thankful for the staff there.

In the spa area is not clean enough. Also, the quality of the TV and programs in the room are extremely low, compared to the price of the room and the luxurious look of the hotel.

The pool water was very cold, and that's the only reason for my 9/10 rating.

The -1 parking lot has only for 4-5 small cars. The bevreages from breakfast were not that qualitative.

Breakfast could be better for this money Difficult to see the view that we paid extra for.
