Our bin had not been emptied as part of cleaning after previous occupant, and following our complaint, it was promptly addressed. The restaurant staff were helpful, but we felt they need more customer service training to match the 5 stars and our expectations.

The spa was great. The rooms very cosy and did not miss a thing. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. A great stay overall and would come again.

One of the two things I didn’t like is that our bathroom and shower were separated. Would have prefered a room where they are in one.

I really cannot think of anything we did not like. The only thing I can say if I have to say something is that the tv is built into the wall and it was not a smart tv so I could not plug in my google chrome so that we could watch something we wanted from an app. Also we went during the first hot spring days and the convector was still not turned from heat to cool so we did not have AC in the room. That was fine because if you opened a window it was cold outside and fresh air could come in and it is a problem you will not have once the convector is set for the summer or winter. Also I guess I wrote to the hotel to put my mom (who has a disability) close to an elevator but I guess there was a misunderstanding and that was not arranged but she was on the first floor and it was an easy walk to everything so it was not a problem. To be honest, we would definitely return and none of the abovementioned were really a problem for us.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel is situated right next to the forest and there are trails into the woods. The spa has many pools - one pool that can be used during the summer with normal pool temperature and a few hot pools including Jacuzzis in the woods which were really nice. The breakfast and dinner were the best I have seen and tasted - so much choice and everything was fresh and delicious, it was unbelievable! The apartment was very spacious although there was only one shower for four people, two bathrooms. The room was much smaller but still a good size. The massages and the facials were also very nice, we recommend them and they are well priced. It is a beautiful hotel but also the service is impressive! We had everything we needed to have a great time and a relaxing luxurious vacation!

Some spots in the pool area have mold The outdoor pool is cold, it could be warmer Some of the food is not ok, some of the meet is hard, and difficult to chew The lobby bar should have more options, especially for wines The shower is difficult to use.

The hotel is very beautiful and silent We had an apartment, which is a good size room The room is very silent, and well isolated. In one night there was a party nearby, which we could clearly hear from outside of the hotel, but in the room was completely silence. Most of the food is very good tasting. The staff is very kind and happy. The spa is very large, with lots of options: about 10 sauna, 4 pools, 4 small pools in the forest, good massages. I suggest to have some live music at dinner, will make the experience greater. Very good place to relax.

Cleaning the toilets in the spa center more often and refilling the hand soap etc. would be appreciated.

The mattress is a bit soft to my liking + there were some issues with the mattress frame, which I managed to fix myself very quickly. This is just a small area for improvement.

A true 5-star experience. The rooms are big, comfortable and well decorated (as are all facilities). Everything you need is provided and is of high / premium quality. The spa area is big, well tough out and not crowded even if the hotel is full. One of the best saunas I have ever been in is the little house in the woods. Such a great idea! So are the small hot tubs in the woods. Food is delicious. Both breakfast and dinner. Dinner is served the way it should be in all hotels that include dinner in the price - you choose food from a dinner menu and not a buffet.

Excellent breakfast and dinner! The chef is very good. The waiters have a good sense of humor. We all really enjoyed it. The SPA is beyond praise: Warm baths in the forest, heated pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi and a large set of saunas. We will definitely come back!

The room was toasting hot on arrival. Someone had thought 28 degrees is appropriate room temperature. Most of the time we were awake in the room we had to keep the door open to cool down.

The staff was amazing. The food in the restaurant and the service was once of the best we've experienced across all hotel restaurants we've been to. The spa offers a wide variaty of options and the jacuzzis in the first are simply a great place to relax.

- there is no cold/shock pool - the balcony door was a bit tricky to open/close

- the staff was extremely polite! - comfortable and tidy room with high class cosmetics in the bathroom - large SPA with almost everything you need - interesting concept for the dinner
