No balcony, a little bit far from the resorts but this can be an advantage. The road was very bad but I found out there is another road, much better.

The place could do with a little better cleaning - don't get me wrong - the bedrooms are perfectly acceptable, however, some other common areas could do with a bit more attention.

The location - at first glance - is a little hard to get to (especially if you are driving with Google maps and it takes you the somewhat less than accessible route), however, the location is actually fairly close to all amenities, and quite achievable to make it to the sea with kids and bags in tow without feeling like it's a long walk. This also has the other benefits that come from being a bit away from the center of Golden Sands - for example - available parking, it's quiet at night (it's very peaceful, and cool)., being able to relax at the villa without passing traffic. You will want to bring a torch with you for the walk home if you're planning on staying out late at night! A shop and public transport are nearby. For the bedrooms: the beds were very comfortable, and being up away from the front line it was nice and quiet at night, and surprisingly cool for mid-summer. Nasco himself is a good host, always willing to assist with information and with any requests you have, and provided our friends who we travelled with transfer from the Varna bus station. Facilities at the villa were as advertised - parking, outside area to sit / relax, kitchen, etc. Wifi was with strong signal and fast.

Unfortunately, the center and beach were a bit more far away than advertised (~30min walk) and you had to cross the forest.

We loved the place! Extremely friendly and helpful host, comfortable and clean rooms, convenient kitchen.

Reading the previus messages, how difficult it could be to find the way to Villa Nasco I thought to myself. Yes it is difficult in the day time and very difficult in the evening at dark. The navigation will make you take the shortcut through the forest, you will feel you are lost. When the path is over and you see an old building ruins on the left and an old concrete plant that no longer works on your right, you are in the right place: Just look above on your left, you will see Villa Nasco. If you wish to have a swim, you have to take a long walk to the seaside. It would be good if the kitchen was better ventilated. The smell of detergent coming from the washing machine filled the corridor.

A beautiful cottage in a rustic architecture in a beautiful garden within the forest. Fresh air and chirping birds make you relaxed and you wake up rested. Breakfast is not included but has a shared kitchen with two fridges, owen, dishwasher and all other necessary equipment; you can use the washing machine and ironing. Bathroom with hot water, room and bed are clean. Mr Nasco, the landlord, is a kind person and can speak English but not always there. The young lady who is in charge is helpful but cannot speak English, you have to use Google translate.

Access is creepy. Google maps failed driving us in the wood. It was in the middle of the night, because we were very late. The owner waited us ans this is a big plus for him and Nasco hospitality Waze, however, saves the day and brought us to destination finding the correct road. The way to Nasco is by a dusty road in the forest and comes near to an abandoned cement factory. No indication, no road sign, just a theatrical surrounding like in a gangster movie with Al Pacino. However, in the morning doesn't look so intense like in the dark.

Wonderful accomodation in a vila located in a park. Big terrace with vineyard, cosy rooms and a big courtyard with grass and trees. Each room has a balcony and you can enjoy breakfast listening the birds. Private parking in front of the hotel, however, it's plenty of room to put the car everywhere in this area.

The address listed on Booking has nothing to do with the villa’s actual location. In the morning, there was no hot water for a shower. In terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. However, the staff were good and helped guide us to the beach.
