⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience, beyond expectations! We spent a few amazing days at this guesthouse and felt completely at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area. But what truly impressed us was the kindness and attentiveness of the owner. After we returned home (to another country), we realized our child had forgotten their favorite plush toys in the room. We contacted the guesthouse, and the owner was incredibly responsive and understanding. Not only did she find them right away, but she also shipped them back to us via international courier, carefully packed. Such a simple gesture, but it meant the world to our child — and to us as parents who deeply appreciate attention to detail and genuine care. We wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a warm and human experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent only one night as it was an urgent accommodation and we booked a two bedroom room. The uncomfortable part was that in order to use the bathroom you had to go from one bedroom to the other, there was no common area between the bedrooms.

The place was well-maintained, the rooms were clean and there was great common area in the backyard. The breakfast was great, you have a choice between options! The owners were extremely nice and helpful with accommodation, parking and everything.

Very nice small family-owned hotel. Good location in the center of Arbanasi, you can walk to all main attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is tasty.

the yard is very big, with a lot of green grass and a lot of silence. the VIP apartment is great for couples, offering privacy, but at the same time the balcony offers a gorgeous view of the city of Veliko Tarnovo. it was a wonderful weekend, I recommend it!

The matresses of the beds too soft for us, but this is about taste. We prefer hard matress in a bed. A suggestion for breakfast: it would be great to be more varied or "Sweddish buffet" type.
