I started to go in here more than 25 years ago and went overseas to live, and then came back. When I returned, it looked almost the same except for the swimming pool area. Not a lot of improvements have been made. There was no microwave in the room, the AC was so loud and does not turn off Automatically, someone was in my parking spot, I asked for extra towels at check-in, but it was not honored and had to and again, the water pressure was inconsistent, the bathrooms near the swimming pool were not clean, we could not smoke Shisha outside the restaurant on their balcony, I ordered a drink called the Florida and it was full of sugar and came from a juice box, and I didn’t like it, and the staff member was arguing with me about it, but I won in the end

I used to come here when I was in high school more than 25 years ago and this was my usual weekend spot where I would meet my friends and Jetski . I like the view, the staff or most of them were really nice, the food is really good, The new swimming pool redesign was nice, the chalet bed was really comfortable, and the chalet was nice and spacious and had two balconies and was clean and tidy, and I had my own parking spot. This resort was one of the first resorts in the country back more than 30 years ago.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the view from our room was poor due to the lagoon not being clean. Did not meet our expectations as per the pictures and past reviews.

The guy who checked us in was very polite and kind I requested to have fast check in and he was super fast and smooth check in.

The room need innovation. Also if you have any plans to celebrate not a good choice. Because I had bad experience with them.

The shampoo is so bad The towels was old and the rugs old The water pottel are not compatible with guest number The delivery svs is poor as we have to receive our order at the gate

During the vacation season you need to add more entertainment activity such as music bands competitions, indoor games for teens Also the DJ must be more suitable for all nationality Of you can add a small oven or microwave or air fryer with more kitchen wear will be better for the family stay Gift shop is not working

The furniture is old and the swimming pool not clean I walk on sand and so many stuff inside the pool.

The breakfast was good for a 4 star resort and the view was amazing and the life guard are the best

The choice of TV channels. This is an international resort, so it should have international channels available as well. Half of the TV channels were not working or the signal was weak so there was not much of a choice.

The one bedroom chalet was very good. It had two balconies, one overlooking the sea and the other the marina. All the amenities were there.

The beach unfortunately is not the best, but it’s still nice.

The pool and staff, front desk Nada was one of the best people I dealt with recently, she went out of her way to assist us and make sure we have a smooth check in, we did in fact extend for one more night.

The room stank of cigarettes, there was almost no wifi, the reception staff were not good. For the cost of the stay it was lacking in many ways.

I liked the breakfast (although we were not told that it was included in our room so we didn't go the first day), and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the villa itself had a lot of potential.

There is nothing to do after 11pm no facilities available and the chalet was empty of toiletries and complementary’s, need to keep more entertainments inn the resort, and the attitude of the receptionist was very bad at the checkout time.

The rooms were a little tired and they did not have any plates or cutlery in the villas.

Really liked the staff - they were so friendly and helpful. The in-room dining was very reasonably priced.

Check in and out were smooth and we also get a room in a good location with a view of the sea. But clearly a lot of space for improvement. Fish market: Fish were mostly frozen (Not fresh) and over priced. Ended up ordering delivery however we forgot to ask for cutlery, Thought a valid option would be to ask their resorts restaurant. Apparently they had both plastic and metal cutlery but staff wasn’t allowed to provide to guests, I even offered to pay but still didn’t provide which was a disappointment for me. Sea very dirty and resorts furniture all outdated.
