The pool and beach looked good. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy it. Opening times and closing times posted were 9am-6pm, which made no sense. Timings should be earlier and later for use of the pool or beach Not sure if this was due to our visit being in Ramadan... Request a sea view, our room was in the corner so view was a little blocked. We only found the beach area the night before we left, we should have been told about that location on check-in. Calamari on seafood platter was deep fried rings and overcooked. Picture on menu was tubes, waiter should have asked for our preference.

Room was nice and spacious and enjoyed the balcony. Staff friendly. Ambience around the pool during Iftar was good. Parking was good and the Art Gallery in close proximity.

- beach is boring, nothing there (no music or any kind of activity) but good for relaxing. - location is bad because of traffic lights near by - Breakfast is basic but it is okay

- swimming pool - kids club is great, especially for toddlers - restaurants inside resort (all kinds and good rates) - shisha is delicious (the guy responsible of shisha is professional) - spacious rooms - view from rooms - parking availability - toilets and facilities - staff and their service

Tiles around bath a little tired as the fridge and the bedroom and balcony furniture . More diligence to cleaning the balcony area due to the birds. A suggestion due to mosquitoes to have a plug in socket deterrant for bedrooms. Children left unsupervised in restaurant with the worry of spilling a hot drink on them or falling over them. I know its parents responsibility😉.

Food excellent the beach and pool area fantastic and the room service was also excellent as our visit fell during Ramadan.The guys definitely get their work out with carrying those trays.😉 . All staff throughout the property were very nice and nothing was a problem. The outside of property is well maintained well done to gardening team and the team who wash the areas in the evening.

The furnitures of the room are outdated need to be renewed. The shower handle is fixed on the wall and not easy to use with the kids, also the water pressure is a little bit weak.

We went there with our 2 kids, they really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The location is very good and of course the friendly staff, very responsive and kind.

1. The inconvenience of checking in and out .. I had to park outside and then do the Check in and out process with my luggage 2. The security gate were not allowing any delivery orders to pass the gate , so I had to come out all the way reaching the gate to grab my order which is totally annoying 3. The sink drainage was clogged

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was even better than last time with some improvements the beach bar was one of them if I could note anything it would be the bathroom the shower screens could do with an upgrade and areas of the bathroom as well as the balcony

Didn't like the set menu they changed to at the weekend instead of the usual buffet. Also our room wasn't cleaned during our stay.

Only shampoo , hand and body gel was available in the bathroom!! The will bring remaining things when you need it only, the phone was not working well , the sofa was very old noonday can really can use it as a sofa bed! The towels are old needs to be replaced , no laundry bag or sewing kit was available also . This is our 3rd stay and breakfast menu still same and not delicious.

The timings of kids room were too short, atleast until 9pm would be ideal. Also, beach access was too short. Longer hours during the night and early morning to catch the sunrise would be better while making a chain boundary near the sea water so no one goes in for safety purposes. The toilet flush of room 1002 didn't work properly at times. Cleaning the room only if we call reception is a bit inconvenient so it would be better to provide each room with a broom to sweep the sand out once guests are back from the beach to avoid mess all over the floor. Also, tv's should be updated now. We watched a movie with only two colors displayed on the screen. More channels are advised and in English for all guests to enjoy.

Beach access and pool was great fun. The kids room was also very convenient and enjoyable for our child. The bed was really comfortable.

It is not that I did not like but location is a bit bother if someone wanted to visit city, not for me though as I live and work in Saudi. However, if I am staying at Novotel, I won't think of going to city centre.

This property has everything that you don't think of going to city centre anymore. We booked this property for overnight stay on year-end eve to attend Azul new year party. We enjoyed way more at Novotel than the party at Azul.
