Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The people, the people, the people. Bermudians are so friendly! I love the people, the island and the culture. The Dolphin quest at Naval Dockyard that I did with my family I will remember forever. The smile my 10 year old son had made me tear! Love Bermuda

United StatesLocation is not great. It’s kinda far from everything except for crystal caves and tobacco bay beach. The beach itself is not a typical Bermuda amazing beach. It’s okay, but def nothing close to the horseshoe beach area.
Everything is new and unkept. Yummy breakfasts, service was good too, room was of a good size, I am personally a big st. Regis designer fan haha, so I was enjoying every little detail in the room.

United StatesI would recommend a small area where you could purchase snacks (chips, etc.). Also, the pillows were too flat.
The property was close to the airport. The property was clean and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The beach was beautiful and the view was beautiful (especially the sunrise and the sunset). The staff was professional and friendly - thank you Jonathan for all of your assistance. There was a shuttle to take you to neighborhood restaurants.

United StatesEverything very expensive (we knew that going in but still a shock). Only downfall to the property is they dont have a store with basic needs/incidentals. Heard others saying "we just wanted to stop into the store a buy some sweets or bring back a soda but they have nothing"
Overall food was very good, great steaks, awesome burger and sushi rolls. property was beautiful and felt very private, staff was very friendly and helpful, Water was a color blue i havent seen before and the snorkeling onsite and nearby was great. Fort St. Catherine is nice too and free to hotel guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. And only 1hr-40min flight from New Jersey. One photo is of Achilles Bay which is a 2 minute walk, beautiful little area with great snorkeling. Infinity pools were great and one for adults only

United StatesWhile we loved Lina for lunch, BLT for dinner was not quite our cup of tea (not enough menu items in our opinion). The Wharf restaurant which was a 20 min walk away was our favorite place for dinners during our stay.
My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon. The facilities were gorgeous, the staff was so wonderful, helpful and kind. We loved the morning tea and coffee service and liked that this hotel was right on the beach. St. George is a quieter part of the island which was perfect for us, but other travelers who are looking for more activity and less beach access may prefer to stay in Hamilton instead.

United StatesOur restaurant experience took too long. We waited for over 2 hours, which got to be too long. The staff was very kind and attentive while we waited.
The clarity of the ocean water. The privacy of a smaller property. The beautiful bathrooms throughout the property. The staff was very kind.

United StatesIt needed better options on the on-site store as there is not one close for things that you might need or forgot to pack. convenience options should be a available (e.g., Tylenol, snacks, drinks). It had limited options for eating and the bar hours were incredibly limited. No activities were made available and car transportation was limited as well.
beautiful property and beach was stunning.

United StatesUnduly long wait to check-in. Remote location - great for only staying though expensive to rely on hotel for all meals and snacks. Odd structure of the bathroom upon entry to room.

United StatesMany of the services you would think a prestigious name like St Regis would master in, they did not. Room cleaning and room service issues, no entertainment area for a rainy day, Spa reservations and communications were lacking. For the money you pay for a resort like this, these basic issues should not be occurring.
The people were great, beach/pool area were awesome.

United StatesIt was windy all week and the sliding doors to the balcony leaked cold air. We put towels there every night. They offered to move us, but did not offer any other compensation. There is little that is luxurious about the St. Regis, but I guess that is the point, as everything was understated. Bermuda is very expensive, but the hotel was worse, $49 for a buffet breakfast. That's a lot of bacon and eggs.
The staff is professional and personable. They are well-trained and the best part of the stay.
